Located in the coastal area of Portocolom, this charming single-storey house offers a cosy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing holiday. It features a private pool, a wonderful furnished porch, and a barbecue for 6 people to fully enjoy their holiday in Mallorca.
In the outdoor area, you will find a pool measuring 7 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 0.90 meters to 1.80 meters, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for after a revitalizing swim. The sun loungers area offers a tranquil space for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors. There is also a porch and a terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue al fresco. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a dining table for 6 guests. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The laundry room, located on the terrace, includes a washing machine and dryer, and there is also an iron and ironing board. In the chalet, there are three bedrooms, all with access to the outside. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. Additionally, there is another full bathroom in the accommodation. In the house, you will find 4 fans, and we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

In Portocolom, our guests can explore the charming fishing port, admire the colourful fishing boats, and enjoy fresh seafood at its seaside restaurants. Cala Marçal, one of the area's most popular beaches and just 2 km from the house, invites you to swim in its turquoise waters and relax on its golden sand. Additionally, the area offers activities such as diving, sailing, and hiking, with coastal trails offering stunning views. Don't forget to visit the Portocolom Lighthouse and Santueri Castle for a dose of history and spectacular scenery.
