Welcome to this beautiful modern house with private pool in Santa Margalida for up to 8 people.
On the large terrace you can find a chlorine pool 7 x 4m with a depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7m, a mobile BBQ, six sunbeds and the chill out area with two sofas and the table. There is also a fully equipped porch.
The house of 280 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has four bedrooms, all of them on the first floor. You can choose between three double bedrooms and another with two single beds. Only one double bedroom comes with A/C and a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. One cot and one highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, the house has two more bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with shower.
The modern living room is very cozy, with one large sofa, one table, satellite-TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, gas stove, one table with chairs and air conditioning. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
The area of Santa Margalida is the perfect location, in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so there is not much mass tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so you will find everything you need in Santa Margalida; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sport area, bars and some restaurants.
Enjoy the day at the sandy beach or have a drink watching the sunset in Ses Casetes dels Capellans or Picafort, only 15 minutes drive. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most amazing sea view. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area in contrast to the Playa de Muro, very quiet. Port of Alcudia and Pollensa are also very close.

7 guests reviewed this property. Wie schon imLetzten Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen, alles wie erwartet wieder Tip Top.
Wie im Titel schon gesagt, ein sehr schönes Haus. Auch der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das einzige dass wir zu bemängeln haben ist die spartanische Ausstattung der Küche, Teller und Tassen waren sehr knapp bemessen. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer waren für 6 Personen nicht ausreichend. Da wir schlechtes Wetter hatten , haben wir die vermisst. Abgesehen davon haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
See more La maison est bien équipé, non loin des plages et des services touristiques, une petite cafétéria appeler sa casetta ,est voisine de la maison et vous prépare des succulent plats régionaux, tapas,paella, bref même pas dû faire la cuisine, j'y retournerai l'an prochain.

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans cette villa ! Une bouteille de vin et une pâtisserie traditionnelle était a notre disposition a notre arrivée ! La maison est très bien agencé et équipée pour 2 familles de 4 personnes ! L emplacement est au calme! C est une villa que nous conseillerons a nos amis! Elle est située a environ 30 min en voiture des premières zones touristiques !
