Comfortable summer house with private pool, 650 metres from the Porto Cristo beach, in the Eastern Mallorca. It has capacity for 6 people.
You will ask yourself everyday if you prefer to go to the beach or stay at home and enjoy the wonderful private pool. What a difficult question! The chlorine pool sizes 4x2 metres and has a 1.5 metres depth. Four sunbeds are available either to sunbathe or to read a book under the porch shadow. The built-in barbecue is ideal to cook outdoors. The furnished terrace is by the barbecue and it is the perfect place to have breakfast or sinner. The two storey house property is fenced and it has direct neighbours since it is located within an urbanisation.

Inside, the comfortable air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV is a beautiful corner to meet the family. The dining area has room for 6 people and has access to the terrace. You will find a ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and some cooking utensils in the kitchen, where there is also another breakfast table with 4 chairs. An independent bathroom with sower and bidet is on the ground floor.

The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first one comes with twin beds and wardrobe. The one with double bed, en-suite bathtub bathroom and air-conditioning has room enough to prepare a baby cot / high chair if you are coming with your baby. The second bedroom upstairs offers two single beds and a fan and it has access to the first floor terrace. All bedrooms feature a closet. An independent shower bathroom is also available.

Located in Porto Cristo, this villa is only a minutes walking from the beach and the marina. The surroundings are characterised by their numerous coves like Cala Anguila - Cala Mendia, S'Illot and Cala Varques (only accessible on foot). A 20-25 minute walking leads to Cuevas del Drach, the most famous caves in Mallorca. There rae supermarkets, restaurants and shops in Porto Cristo, in a few words, all you may need for an independent stay. If you are travelling with children you can visit the Safari Zoo in Cala Millor. Adults can enjoy the night life in Cala Millor.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
