Villa Casablanca

This friendly house with garden and pool is located in Costa dels Pins, near Cala Bona and with capacity for 9 to 10 people.
Several terraces and porches are just perfect for a tasty barbecue or a summer dinner with friends. The private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.7m to 2m provide, together with the exterior shower, refreshment on hot summer days. The ample garden has enough space for your children to play or for a family picnic. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the eight loungers. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours around.

The living-dining room with luxury flair features A/C and satellite-TV, a nice spot for having lunch. The kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with wardrobe and one with access to the terrace, are on the ground floor. Besides, there is a bath with bathtub.

The first floor consists in two twin bedrooms, both with closets and bathroom en-suite with bathtub. One bedroom has access to a terrace. A cot and a high chair as well as one extra bed can be provided upon request. All bedrooms count with A/C.

The small and luxury urbanisation of Costa dels Pins is just 1 km from the sand beach with the same name. In the surroundings you will find a few cafés and restaurants. At the same time, the Golf Club of Son Servera is quite close, making this house a perfect destination for golf players. The east coast has many nice beaches worth visiting, like Cala Bona, Canyamel, Cala Millor and Porto Cristo, also known for its Caves. Supermarkets, shops and more amenities can be found in Son Servera or Cala Millor.
