14th century Majorcan restored house with private pool welcomes 12 people in Vilafranca de Bonany
Outside you will enjoy great spaces surrounded by the countryside in a very quiet area. The distinguishing element is the great salt pool which sizes 11 x 5 metres and has a depth that goes from 1.10 to 1.60 metres. It is very well oriented with amazing countryside views you will enjoy on the comfortable sunbeds where you will sunbathe or relax under the parasol. You can also refresh at the outside shower after a long beach day. By the house, an exterior dining table invites to revel in dinners or barbecues outdoors while watching the sunset. Besides, there's a billiard table. The accommodation is located within a 30000 m2 finca and privacy is total.

The 450 m2 house is divided into 2 floors, very well decorated in rustic and simple styñle, but modern at the same time, so it is ideal to relax and disconnect from the daily life. When getting in, you will find the great living room with details like the wooden beams or the stoned walls. Here you can relax watching the satellite television on one of the comfortable sofas. Then the beautiful dining room, also stylishly decorated and with capacity for 12 people. Finally, the amazing independent kitchen with a gas hob and all you need to cook during your stay, including a working island. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. You will find 6 bedrooms in which you will be able to rest. The first of all is a twin bedded room and it is on the ground floor. The rest are on the first floor. Three have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. If you are travelling with babies, 3 cots and 2 high chairs are also available. The house has central heating for the winter months. Finally, you will find a laundry including a washing machine , an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in a rural environment with farming activity only 4 km away from Vilafranca de Bonany, where you will find all basic services. In Manacor, very near from there, you will also find shops and restaurants. The house is very near to the area of beaches of Llevant, and the nearest beach is Porto Cristo, only 21 kms away. There you will enjoy a golden sandy beach. If you are a golf lover, the nearest course is only 24 km away.
