Welcome to this charming rustic villa in Campanet, a village in the north of the island.
The exterior of the house are spectacular. The magnificent trees and plants add color to the property. The large terrace is equipped with a table and chairs to contemplate the nature all around. You can refresh in the private chlorine pool of 6 x 4 m with a depth of 1 m and a maximum depth of 1.60 m, or just relax in one of its 10 sunbeds. Under the fully furnished porch, you can spend great evenings with your family and friends. For the lovers of the open air meals, there is a magnificent Mallorcan style barbecue.

The house of 290 m2 is distributed in 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Three of them are situated on the ground floor (two with double bed, and one with two single beds), and two on the 1st floor (one with double bed, and one with two single beds). One cot and a high chair are available on request. There are 3 bathrooms; two on the ground floor (one with shower and one with bathtub), and one with shower on the 1st floor.
The living room is well equipped, with two comfortable sofas, where to relax watching a TV-Sat, or reading a good book. The dining room has a large window with great views of the nature of the island. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is on is only 950 meters from Campanet and 6km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. The town of Pollença is also very close. It is a lovely town with its cobbled streets and all the little shops. You can climb the 365 steps to reach the Calvari, an old church, where you can enjoy a spectacular views. Only 20 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans in Ca'n Picafort. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend you the area of Port Alcudia and Alcudia, with its bays with crystal clear water.

NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
