Located in Cala Blava, this summer house with private pool offers accommodation for up to 6 guests.
A beautiful porch, adorned with different plants and flowers gives access to this wonderful house. At the rear, a private 6m x 3m salt pool and a depth of 1.2m to 1.8 invites you for a refreshing dip. After a bath, you can take a shower thanks to the outside covered shower. Some steps leads you to the barbecue area to prepare rich outdoors dishes. Lovers of the sun can rest and sunbath on four sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

A small reading room overlooks the pool, while the second large lounge counts with a dining area and a satellite TV. The comfortable kitchen connect several spaces, so you can cook while friends share chats on the table or rest on the sofa. The kitchen is well equipped, offering all the necessary utensils and a gas hob. In addition, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available.

Three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, fan. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower as well as space to prepare a cot and a highchair. The second bathroom is separate and has a bathtub and a bidet.

Badia Blava is a quiet urbanization and many Mallorcan people chose it as their summer residence. The coast is mostly rocky but there are sandy beaches nearby such as the quiet Cala Blava or the lively El Arenal beach. In about half an hour by car, you will reach the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, famous for La Seu Cathedral, the picturesque old town, great gastronomic offer, museums, leisure, shops and nightlife. The house is just 3 km from the Maioris golf course, making it a destination for golf lovers. Nearby there is a large supermarket and some good restaurants.

Note: This rental does not accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where they are traveling with their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.
