Set in the urbanization of Cas Català in Calvià, this lovely villa with private pool offers accommodation to 8 or 9 guests.
Enjoy a large summer day while swimming in the 8m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2m and basking in the sun on one of the three loungers. There’s a nice terrace on the first floor where you will be able to enjoy great al fresco dining. The sand beach is just 600 meters from the house. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Spend a lazy afternoon reading a good book in the small living room situated on the ground floor. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms, one with two twin beds, a bath with bathtub and a shower bathroom.

The first storey comprises a living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the basement level (-1) you’ll find the master bedroom with double bed and shower bathroom en –suite. A cot, high chair and one extra bed are available upon request. During the winter you won’t get cold thanks to the central heating. Fort he summer months, there are three fans.

The next sand beach, shops, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes walking from the house. At Calanova’s Harbour you can watch different kind of boats and take a nice walk on the seafront. If the beach is what you are searching for, you can visit Cala Major, Illetes, Portals Nous and Cala Falcó. Golf players have the golf course of Bendinat only a few kilometers away. It is very recommendable to visit Palma de Mallorca, the capital’s island and see the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle, the Mercat de l’Olivar on the Plaça de l’Olivar and the colourful district of Santa Catalina.
