The outdoor communal areas are gorgeous, with spacious gardens, a chlorinated pool of 17 x 9.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2.1 m. There is a fully equipped porch with access to the garden and the pool.

This 41 m2 apartment, located on the first floor, has a double bedroom. The two extra guests are accommodated on a sofa bed and on a folding bed. A cot is available on request. There is a bathroom with shower that serves the entire house.

The cosy living-dining room has a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, TV, DVD and CD player, books, etc. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a vitro-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are radiators.

Platja Les Marines is a large, peaceful, sandy beach which has a good location and is ideal for the whole family. From the beach you have one of the best views of the Denia’s Castle. Nearby you will find bars and restaurants of all kinds, and beautiful landscapes to enjoy. You should visit Les Rotes or the Marine Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio, which is environmentally protected.

It is highly recommended to visit Denia’s Castle which is located on top of a hill by the sea and in the heart of the city. In addition, in this area you will find a wide range of hiking trails, bike routes, diving routes and trips to coves by boat. This will undoubtedly be an unforgettable holiday!
