This is a wonderful holiday home with private pool in Son Bieló, very close to the sea and with capacity for 6 to 8 people.
The private, 11m x 3.5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 1.8m is, together with the outdoor shower, an excellent option for refreshing yourself on hot summer days. A chill-out porch and a terrace are nice for al fresco dining, maybe a tasty barbecue? This house has direct neighbours.

Spend a relaxing afternoon in the modern and bright sitting-dining room, listening to music, reading or enjoying a snack with your loved ones around the dinner table. The fully-equipped kitchen features a modern induction hob. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are in the laundry. Three bedrooms with one double bed each and one with two twin beds, as well as a shower bathroom and a bath with bathtub are available. In case you travel with a baby, we gladly supply one cot and one high chair on request. There are four fans.

The house is located in Son Bieló which belongs to the coast of Sa Rapita which has views to Cabrera Island. If you fancy visiting the protected island by boat, you can make a trip from Colonia de Sant Jordi. This town is at the same time famous for its good fish and seafood restaurants. By car you can go to the lovely beach of Es Trenc or the quiet Cala S'Estalella.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
