Welcome in this nice cottage, perfect for 7 people who are searching for quiet and relaxing holidays on the countryside.
This is a 160 m2 one-storey house located in a quiet area of Mallorca. There are four comfortable bedrooms, two with one double bed each, one with two twin beds and one with one single bed. You will have access to two bathrooms with shower., one of the outside the house.
The house has a warm and peaceful environment. Sit down on a comfortable sofa in the living room and relax reading a book or watching satellite TV. The living room with AC has a big table to have pleasant dinners with friends and family.
The kitchen has everything you need: toaster, coffee machine, oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge and a lot more. There is watching machine, iron and ironing board. At the patio you will find space to park your car.
The outside is really nice: go to the terrace and have a tempting barbeque, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. The 250 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6 people and loungers where you can sunbathe. The private pool measures 8 x 3 meters.
The house is located in an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. Just a few kilometres from the house you will find the town of Inca where you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, sport area, bars and restaurants.
35 minutes drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquillity of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.

17 guests reviewed this property. Das uns etwas Brot, Tomatensauce und Wasser da gelassen wurde. Und wir so den ersten Abend entspannt ausklingen lassen konnten. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum. Auch der Grill war super für schöne Abende. Es war an sich sehr ruhig.Im Badezimmer Im Haus kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche. Warmes Wasser kam nur im Badezimmer außen. Viele Kakerlaken die im Haus gefunden wurden. Die Decken waren nicht bezogen sondern nur ein Tuch darüber bzw drunter. Das man den Müll selbst weg bringen muss, da wir kein Mietauto hatten mussten wir den Müll selbst weg tragen.
That we were left with some bread, tomato sauce and water. And we were able to end the first evening relaxed. The many seating options around the house. The grill was also great for nice evenings. It was very quiet in itself. In the bathroom there was no hot water coming out of the shower in the house. Hot water only came in the outside bathroom. Lots of cockroaches found in the house. The blankets were not covered but only a cloth over or underneath. You have to take the rubbish away yourself, since we didn't have a rental car we had to carry the rubbish away ourselves.

Good communication with those who manage the location, easy access to the yard. The villa was equipped with everything you need, some things need to be added in the kitchen, but overall we managed. The position of the villa is in the countryside, quite secluded, but enough close to the grocery stores. However, thanks to the position, we were able to reach a different part of the island every day, and that was perfect! We didn't have time to sit by the pool, but the yard is very beautiful, with many arranged relaxation places.

Excellent accommodation. Met and exceeded our expectations. The location is very quiet and central, so many excursion destinations can be easily reached. The only small criticism is that the house is a bit noisy.

We have just arrived home from a week staying in this villa as a family of 5 (My husband and I, baby and a toddler, and their grandmother). The host was very helpful. He provided 2 cots and highchairs for our little children. He came to clean the pool a few times discreetly in the morning. He gave us his number to contact him and answered when we rang to query something. The villa is beautiful. There were 4 dining areas which we ate at a different one every evening. There was good security with cameras outside the villa which is helpful for us having children and keeping them safe. There were a couple of beach balls to play with and beach toys. The scenery was magnificent. We enjoyed relaxing and admiring the views of the palm trees, pool and especally the sunrise every morning. We sat watching the early sunrise every day which was beautifully pink! This was our first family trip abroad. Thank you! Would definitely come again!

+ Die Finca war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Staubsauger wäre noch ganz schön gewesen. Es gibt outdoor verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und sogar Spiele für draußen (Federball, Dart, Holzschläger mit Ball) und auch Sandspielzeug und Schirme für den Strand. Die einzelnen Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Durch verschiedene Dekoelemente und Bilder, kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Es steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, ich glaube das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir mallorquinisches Gebäck, das fanden wir super freundlich. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.- Das einzige was wirklich nicht so toll war, war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer. Vermutlich durch alte Rohre o.a. Das Bad war ansonsten schön und auch sauber. Die Liegen am Pool sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von 5 Liegen, waren nur 2 intakt. Da könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Wenn vielleicht neben dem Pool etwas Grünfläche geschaffen werden würde, würde sich das positiv auf die Gesamterscheinung auswirken. Es ist alles doch sehr steinig. Nichts negatives, aber gut zu wissen für Familien: die Finca ist nicht geeignet für Kinder, die noch nicht sicher laufen können. Vor allem im Außenbereich befinden sich viele Stufen und Möglichkeiten, irgendwo runterzufallen. Wir waren mit einem sehr neugierigem Baby im Krabbelalter dort und konnten es keine Sekunde aus den Augen lassen.

Dit is een goede accommodatie op een centrale locatie gelegen. I liked: De hele accomodatie was perfect met zelfs eten voor de 1e dag in de koelkast en broodjes voor het ontbijt. Melk, wijn, kaas en ham. I did not like: Het enige advies naar de eigenaar is de onderzijde van het toilet dicht te kitten met siliconen kit. En let op bij de keukendeur dat je de sleutel mee neemt als je naar buiten gaat anders kom je niet meer binnen. Deze deur is alleen met de sleutel van buitenaf te openen en niet met een klink.
This is a good accommodation in a central location. I liked: The entire accommodation was perfect with even food for the 1st day in the refrigerator and sandwiches for breakfast. Milk, wine, cheese and ham. I did not like: The only advice to the owner is to seal the bottom of the toilet with silicone sealant. And make sure you take the key with you at the kitchen door when you go outside, otherwise you won't be able to get in again. This door can only be opened from the outside with the key and not with a handle.

Good location for exploring the island. The house is in a quiet location, spacious garden with pool and various seating areas. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. Difficult to find without navigation, but the host personally guided us to the house.

Très belle villa avec tout le confort. Très bien située au centre de l'île ce qui permet de visiter un peu tous les côtés. Les hôtes sont charmants , très accueillants et vous offrent un service de qualité. Une belle adresse à garder et à conseiller.

See more Hallo erst Mal, vielen Dank für den nahezu perfekten Mallorcaaufenthalt (leider 1 Tag nur wenig Sonne, doch sonst 100% super :-) ). Das Team von Villafinca waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Die Finca echt super, alles sauber und ordentlich und sehr schön, der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Denke diese Finca wird wieder einmal unser Domizil werden. Einzig die letzte Adressangabe von der Seite selbst war falsch, doch ein kurzer Anruf beim Team von Villafinca und schwups war alles wieder ok.
Hello first of all, thank you very much for the almost perfect stay in Mallorca (unfortunately only a little sun for one day, but otherwise 100% great :-)). The Villafinca team were very friendly and helpful. The finca is really great, everything is clean and tidy and very nice, the owner is very accommodating and friendly. I think this finca will once again become our home. Only the last address on the site itself was wrong, but a quick call to the Villafinca team and everything was OK again.
