Villa Corindo

This amazing villa with a private pool is located in the countryside in Costitx, in the centre of Mallorca and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Our guests have access to a private, 10 m x 4 m-sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.85 m to 1.9 m, surrounded by a beautiful terrace with eight sun loungers, overlooking the countryside. Using the stairs you reach a terrace and a porch with a BBQ area. Here you can prepare delicious meals with your family and friends. Formerly, an ancient well provided water to the house but now it is used as a decoration. The kids can not only swim in the pool but also they can play on a small playground. This house has a total privacy without direct neighbours.

A house is decorated in a rustic style to guarantee a comfortable stay. In a living room you can have a nap or read your favourite book. A fully-fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob offers all the appliances needed to cook a delicious meal. In a washing room you find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms: one is with a double bed and another with two single beds. Using stairs you reach another bathroom with a bath tube and shower, a bedroom with a double bed and an individual bed. In case you travel with a baby we will provide you with a cot and a baby chair. Two fans and 6 heaters will serve in a certain season you as well.

This house is located in Costitx, a nice and charming town where you'll find a grocery shop, a bank and nice restaurants. If you like home-made food, try a celler, typical restaurants where tasty food is served. In the city of Inca you'll find more shopping facilities and leisure activities. Sineu is famous for its market, which takes place every Wednesday. At the same time, this is the oldest market on the island. A car is essential.

As this nice house is located in the centre of Mallorca, you can easily go to many nice spots. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to dreamlike beaches: Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Son Serra de Marina, all of them family-friendly beaches with crystal clear waters. In the south there's the lively beach S'Arenal with pubs and discotheques. In the western part of the island, there's the Sierra de Tramuntana and picturesque mountain villages like Valldemossa, Sóller and Deià. The beaches there are mostly made of gravel. The mountains are perfect for hiking and cycling, as there are many routes and trails. As this house is located in Costitx, you sometimes may hear the airplanes.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
