Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house with private pool located in the beautiful urbanisation of Crestatx, sa Pobla. It sleeps 5 guests.
The exteriors are fabulous and will allow you to enjoy the good weather in the different corners that it offers. To start with, you have the spectacular water salt pool that sizes 6 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters. It can be fenced for children's safety. You can also sunbathe on the sun loungers, have a coffee on the front terrace or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the side terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The fabulous 2-storey house boasts a modern style. Entering from the pool you have a glazed terrace with dining area and chill-out. Then you have the living room where you can watch satellite TV. The dining area is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction top . There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you have the three bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other two with double beds. One of the latter also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The accommodation is equipped with ducted AC and we can also provide you with a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Crestatx is a quiet residential area surrounded by forests in Sa Pobla. Its situation is strategic to visit the north of the island: Pollensa and Alcúdia, the Tramuntana mountains and the wonderful beaches of Muro and Can Picafort. Sa Pobla is located about 4.4 km away and offers all the services you may need such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The Pollensa golf course is very close, just 7.4 km away.
