There are 4 spacious bedrooms with views to the woods or the garden. Three of the are on the ground floor, there are two with a two single beds and one with a double bed (two of them have an en suite bathroom); the fourth room is upstairs and it is equipped with a double bed and en suite bathroom. In this floor there is also a sofa-bed. In total, there are 5 bathrooms: two of them with hydro massage shower or bath tub and one of the bathrooms is outdoors, so you can access from the pool area.

The kitchen-dining room is equipped with blender, microwave, fridge, freezer, vitro, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, juice maker, kettle and a lot more. There is a secondary kitchen outdoors. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The bright and cosy living room is the perfect place to relax on the comfy sofas, watch satellite TV or surf the Internet (WIFI).

The exteriors are fantastic; you will enjoy the lovely garden, spacious terrace and the mountain views. Go outdoors and have a BBQ, swim in the 10 x 5 meters pool, have a drink at sunset or sunbathe! The kids will love the circular pool, which is 50 cm deep. Although there are neighbours in one side of the house, there is total privacy.

The house is only 4 km from s'Horta, a little village where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and some shops. S'Horta is a traditional town settle with a mix of locals and people from around the world.

By car you can easily get to Mondragó Natural Park (15 min), Es Trenc or Colònia de Sant Jordi (20 min). The city of Palma is just 60 minutes from s'Horta; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity. If you like golf, you are lucky! Vall d'Or Golf Course is only 2.4 km from the house.
