We had a great family vacation stay at the villa. It was perfect for us and just as described. We were missing a cot but rang the company who contacted the owners and a brand new cot was dropped off with us. Wonderful place to make special memories.

Information about El pujol
Marvelous, modern and stylish villa in María de la Salut. It is prepared for 10 people.
The beautiful outdoor area counts with a spectacular 16m x 4m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up from 1m-2,1m), two well-furnished terraces, spacious green areas, a barbeque and wonderful nature views.
This one-storey house has 350 m2. It is modernly decorated and counts with 5 bedrooms (each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom). One bathroom counts with a bath tub and a shower, and the others all have a shower. On request, there's a baby cot and a highchair available.
The luminous living room is modern and cosy and counts with a huge, comfortable sofa, ASTRA-TV (Spanish and German channels) and a beautiful fireplace that separates it from the dining room. This dining room counts with a dining table and chairs. There is a second living room, with two sofas. The independent kitchen is very stylish, with a beautiful cooking isle that works with a hob. It counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect dinner with your family and friends. You will also find a washing machine a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The whole house is equipped with central air conditioning.
The village of María de la Salut is situated in the center of the island, for which you can easily reach every corner of the island within a reasonable time. It is a rural area, basicly habited by the locals. There is not much toursim in this area and you will have the oportunity to discover the real Mallorca. At the same time, this small village offers all basic services you might need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sport area and some restaurants and bars.
Within 15 minutes by car, you will reach the long, sandy beach of Can Picafort, with its sunbeds and its lively boulevard. The beach of Platges de Muro is a little quieter, with dunes and no sunbeds. You might want to do a nice day on the beach at Ses Casetes des Capellans, enjoying a cocktail or a paella in one of the beach restaurants.
The villages of Pollença and Alcúdia are definitely worth a visit.

4 guests reviewed this property. We spent an amazing family holiday in this beautiful villa. Location is a bit far from everything (we wanted something in the nature) but allows to visit almost every part of the island within less than 1 hour drive. The villa is very well suited for friends and also with kids (just need to be careful with the pool). The pool is great and the entire house is organized around it. The only thing is that the equipments lacks a bit of maintenance I think. But the agency was reactive to our questions.
See more Die Villa ist riesig und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Pool ist schön und sauber. Die Fotos hier im AirBnB entsprechen nicht mehr dem Original. Wer hier wohnen möchte muss zwingend ein Auto haben, ansonsten ist man verloren. Ich würde die Villa weiterempfehlen.
See more Firstly, the house is absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning and the surroundings are safe and peaceful. It's useful if you speak a little Spanish in the area, but not required as the locals are very friendly and are patient as long as you are polite. There were 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 children, which made the house feel immense! It is very big with a lot of land around it and plenty of sun loungers. We visited in early April, so the temp was about 20°C in the day and around 10°C at night. This house was a great base for going anywhere on the Island easily and we took advantage of that fully. We visited Cap Formentor - the northern tip of the Island with the Workd Heritage winding mountain roads along the sea.
