Modern holiday home for 6 people, directly on the beach of S'Estanyol (Colonia de Sant Pere).
After a refreshing bath in the 5x3m chlorine pool with a water depth of 1.20m you can relax in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers by the pool. Comfortable seating on the veranda invite you to spend the afternoon or evenings with family and friends. For outdoor meals and barbecues there is a table and chairs under the porch and a mobile grill. You have direct access to the rocky beach of S'Estanyol. The house is located in a quiet urbanisation and has direct neighbours.

125m2 of living space spread over 2 floors. In friendly living - dining area with air condition, you can sit down and watch a program on the satellite TV. The dining area seats 8 people. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has all the big and small helpers you need for cooking, including ceramic hob. The kids find entertaiment in the games room next to the kitchen. Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.1 of the 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is furnished with 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. A bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor.

There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor, one with 2 single beds, the other with double bed and a bathroom with bath tub "en suite". On request, a cot and high chair are provided. A third bathroom with bath tub, on the first floor, serves the whole house . For the colder months it has central heating.

The property is located in the urbanization of S’Estanyol. A few minutes driving by car to Colònia St. Pere. The old fishing village offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. In the zone you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjan, Cala Torta, S’Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone.
