Enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the terrace by the private pool, reading a book on the couch or sharing a bottle of wine with friends. It is also a very cool place to have dinner, maybe a good steak or veggie barbecue? If one day you do not feel like going to the beach and you stay at home, you can enjoy your private pool of 9.5m x 5m, chlorine and with a depth between 1m and 2.5m. After swimming with views of the countryside, you can sunbathe on eight sun loungers, rest and - depending on the season - taste fresh lemons directly on the tree. There is a nice garden and more terraces to enjoy the sun of Majorca. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The porch gives access to the living room with satellite TV, air conditioning for the hottest days and a wood stove for winter moments. The dining area is open to the living room. There is also another dining table in the kitchen. If you like to cook, you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare a banquet, including a ceramic pottery. In the laundry there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and dryer.

The guests can rest in four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed each and two with two single beds. In one room we can prepare an extra bed for a ninth person. The bedrooms are well equipped, offering air conditioning, space to put a cot and a highchair and have access to the garden. Note that the fourth room with two fitness machines has no closet, but a drawer to store clothes. In the bathroom with whirlpool bath you can enjoy relaxing moments with view of the garden. The second bathroom comes with a shower. If you visit us during the winter, there is central heating.

The house is located in a rural setting between Manacor and Petra and is very quiet. Through the motorway MA-3320 you have access to many beaches of the Levante and the north zone, among them Porto Cristo, Cala Millor, Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort. The city of Manacor is famous for the pearl factory and for its good Mallorcan restaurants, the so-called cellers. In addition, there are supermarkets, shops and all necessary services. In less than half an hour driving you can reach La Reserva Rotana golf course.
