You will feel like at home at this rural two floor house with a private swimming pool located at Campos outskirts, and welcomes from 6 to 8 guests.
Welcome to this gorgeous house characterized for its outdoors and the chlorine 8.5 x 3.5m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 1.20m to 2.00m and an external shower.

The garden is lovely and has amazing views to the forest, the plot is so large and the furnished porch, beside the swimming pool, is perfect to prepare a barbecue with your loved ones and make the most of the serenity and the good weather at the hammocks.

The house, modest but practical decorated, is divided in two floors.At the ground floor you will find a big dining-room, where you can watch TV (satellite channels) or reading a good book while enjoying the fantastic views. You will love to cook at the typical Majorcan gas equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes. There's A/C in the kitchen and in the living-dining room.

There are two bedrooms at this floor, both with a double bed and wardrobes each and one of them with direct access outdoors. The property also disposes of a bathroom with a bath at this floor. At the first floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a shared bathroom with a bath. If two more people are coming, we will provide you two folding beds for a little extra charge. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There is also a washing area with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Additionally, there are two fans.

This lovely property is located very close to one of the best majorcan south beaches, Es Trenc, famous for its white sand and crystallized beaches, will make you feel like in paradise. You can visit Campos or Sa Ràpita, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars included traditional ones, or clothes shops. We recommend a visit to Colonia de Sant Jordi, known for its wide touristic offer, where you can rent a bike, go sailing or visit the idylic protected Cabrera island, don't miss it!

Note: This property cant accept under 28 year old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
