This enchanting stone-lined cottage with private pool is located in Campos and it is only a few kilometres from the beach of Es Trenc. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
A private, 8m x 4m chlorine pool (depth: 1.3m to 1.8m) is great for a refreshing dip during hot summer days. Surrounded by a terrace with four sun loungers, it has romantic countryside views. On the furnished porch or the terrace you can have a tasty BBQ with friends.

On the ground floor there's a cosy sitting-dining room where to watch a film on the satellite-TV or have a little siesta. The kitchen with vitro hob offers everything you may need to cook up a feast. The laundry is equipped with a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

Regarding the sleeping facilities, there are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor and a bedroom with double bed on the upper storey. The latter has a shower bathroom en-suite. Additionally, this house features an separate shower bathroom on the ground floor. A cot, a high chair and a double sofa bed can be provided upon request.

Surrounded by fields, this charming and quiet home is just a few kilometres from the beach of Es Trenc, well known as one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. It is characterized by fine, white sand, the dunes and crystal clear waters. Next to it there's the village of Sa Rapita where you'll find a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine. Southwards there's the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi and the beaches of Es Port and Es Carbó. During the summer you can make a nice boat trip to the island of Cabrera. On Thursday and Saturday takes place the local market in Campos where to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
