In this authentic country house with private pool in Vilafranca de Bonany up to 4 people can enjoy a quiet stay.
Offering a large natural garden with different plants, trees and gravel areas, this typical Mallorcan farm is in a very peaceful rural area. In front of the house there is a private chlorine pool, with a size of 5.5 x 2.5m and a constant depth of 1.3m. After a swim in the pool, you can use the outside shower and lie on one of the four loungers, listening to just the sound of the birds. Opposite, a romantic terrace allows you to have breakfast in a very pleasant natural environment. Thanks to the mobile barbecue, you can enjoy an open air meal and spend wonderful evenings with your family. The plot of 14000m2 is fenced and the house has no neighbors, so you can enjoy total privacy here.

The rustic stone walls and a large fireplace give a special charm to the living-dining-kitchen space. The TV, although small, has satellite channels. In the kitchen area you will find everything you may need to prepare your star dishes, including a vitro ceramic hob, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed has space to put a cot and also a highchair is available if necessary. There is a second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms counts with wardrobe, radiator, fan and views over the countryside. A bathroom with shower gives service to the house.

The finca is located between the villages of Vilafranca de Bonany and Manacor, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and all services for an independent stay. The area is called Pla de Mallorca and is characterized mainly by its agricultural activity. The long paths in the fields are ideal for cycling. At the same time, it has easy access by car to the Ma-15 motorway and to many interesting sites in Mallorca, for example the beaches of the Llevante, among them Cala Anguila-Cala Mendia, Porto Cristo and the famous Cuevas del Drach.
