Welcome to the beautiful villa, with private clhorine pool and has capaciy for 6 people, on the outskirts of Campos.
Framed in an idyllic setting, surrounded by fields and pure calm, this fantastic property has such simple exteriors that make them really beautiful. The porch is perfectly furnished to have breakfast or a tasty barbecue, made in the second porch. In front of it, a large chlorine pool will await you -13 x 7 m and with a depth of 0.8 to 1.5 m-, with an integrated jacuzzi and 6 sun loungers. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours.

Upon entering to the house, there is a big living room where to have a rest watching TV-Sat. After sliding doors, you gain entry to the dining room and, in the same way, to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob. The laundry, independent, has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and an outside exit; one with two twin beds and the other two dormitories with a double bed. Ultimately, there are three bathrooms,two of them with bathtub and another one next to the pool. The living-dining room and the dormitories have air-conditioning.

The property is located at only 1.5 km from the village of Campos, where you will find all the facilities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach, Ses Covetes, is at about 9 km, although you can take a detour through the area and know many other others as, for instance, the paradisiacal beaches called Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita. The capital, Palma, is approximately 30 minutes driving and we totally recommend you to visit it. You will love it!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
