Set on the foot of the mountains, this lovely villa with private pool in Moscari can comfortably accommodate 10 to 11 people.
The exteriors are wonderful and have several nice corners to relax and have a good time. There's a private, 8m x 4m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m, which is ideal for a cool swim during hot summer days. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the eight sun loungers, maybe while reading your favourite book. On two reed-covered terraces and a furnished porch you can enjoy great al-fresco dining. In the green, Mediterranean garden you can harvest cherries, figs, apricots and almonds, depending on the season. There's a well with drinking-water by the pool and another, which is closed.

The plot is divided into two buildings, the main house and an annex, both with a very rustic and warm decoration.

The main house offers accommodation on two floors. An ample sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, one bedroom with double bed and a shower bathroom with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the ground floor.

The main house's first storey features three cosy bedrooms, one with two twin beds, dressing room and bath en-suite, one double bedroom and another twin bedroom, as well as one independent shower bathroom. The main house has central heating and fans for every bedroom. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The annex is divided into two floors with a living room on the ground floor and a bedroom with two single beds on the upper floor. In case you are nine people, we can prepare the sofa-bed in the living room.

The enchanting and quiet village Moscari is set on the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, which makes it ideal for hiking and cycling. In the town centre you'll find a grocery shop, the highly recommendable restaurant Sa Plaça and cafés. Supermarkets and more amenities can be found in the city of Inca, about 5 km from the house.

If the beach is what you're searching for, the next sand beach is in Puerto de Alcúdia, at the same time a lively place during the summer. A car is necessary to get there. On the coast, you can practise water sports and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
