Information about Es desaigua
This lovely terraced house with private pool is located in Llubí, in the centre-north of Mallorca and welcomes 8 people.
The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends. There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco.
This terrace gives access to a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. The sitting-dining room with television (only German channels) is very comfortable. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor has one bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with a wardrobe, as well as one bathroom with bath tub. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a non-furnished terrace. There is also a toilet. A cot, a high chair, a fan and five electric radiators are available. In addition, the living room and all bedrooms, except the one with a bunk bed, offer air conditioning.
Llubi is a small town located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine.
Our guests have access to the first and the second floor, as the ground floor is closed and inhabited.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

11 guests reviewed this property. Die Unterkunft war den Umständen entsprechend gut - man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant in dem Dorf. Es ist alles sehr einfach gehalten in dem Haus und der Pool war gut erhalten. Und hat es gefallen, aber würden das nächste mal ein Haus näher am Meer buchen.
The accommodation was good considering the circumstances - you definitely need a car. There is a very good restaurant in the village. Everything is very simple in the house and the pool was well maintained. And we liked it, but would book a house closer to the sea next time.

Si sabemos de alguien que vaya a Mallorca se la recomendaremos. La ubicación muy buena porque estás en medio de la isla, y todo está a 30-40 minutos en coche. Y la atención recibida tanto de Zaira de Homerti como del matrimonio inmejorable. Si tenéis que ir a Mallorca no os lo penséis, este es vuestro alojamiento.
We have been great. I would repeat again. The couple who attended us were super friendly and very pleasant. The house is spectacular and very clean. If we know of someone who goes to Mallorca we will recommend it to them. The location is very good because you are in the middle of the island, and everything is 30-40 minutes away by car. And the attention received from both Zaira de Homerti and the unbeatable couple. If you have to go to Mallorca, don't think about it, this is your accommodation.

Sehr schönes Quartier, alles vorhanden, nette Vermieter Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Auto angebracht.
Very nice area, everything available, nice landlord. Due to the location, a car is appropriate.

See more Wir haben in der Unterkunft eine Woche verbracht und waren davon 3 Tage zu 8. Und die restlichen Tage zu 4. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von einer älteren Dame begrüßt, die leider nur Spanisch konnte, aber wir haben sehr schnell eine möglichkeit gefunden miteinander zu kommunizieren. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und auch sonst waren alle Angaben korrekt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne entspannte Woche und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
We spent a week in the accommodation and were 8 of us for 3 days. And 4 of us for the remaining days. We were greeted very friendly by an older lady who unfortunately only spoke Spanish, but we quickly found a way to communicate with each other . The house and garden are very well maintained and all other information was correct. We had a very nice, relaxing week and would book the accommodation again.
See more Es ist ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz und einem tollen Pool. Das Dorf Llubi bietet zwar nicht viel, aber um die ganze Insel zu entdecken, liegt es zentral. Leider hat es in der Umgebung einige Hunde, die regelmässig ein Konzert geben. Das Doppelbett ist qualitativ nicht das Beste (Matratze ist durchgelegen). Insgesamt gefiel uns unser Aufenthalt jedoch.
It is a beautiful house with enough space and a great pool. The village of Llubi doesn't offer much, but it is centrally located to discover the whole island. Unfortunately, there are some dogs in the area who regularly give a concert. The double bed is not of the best quality (mattress is worn out). Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay.

Three of the bedrooms do not have AC which made sleeping very difficult in the heat and was a downside to the property. Llubi is a fantastic place to stay and not at all touristy, we found amazing places to eat and local bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend here for a proper taste of Spanish life. Instructions collected at the airport for the location were accurate and instructions clear, the owners met us at the villa themselves with the keys and showed us tound. We had a mix up over the security deposit (supposed to be collected by card automatically but hadn't) and electricity costs (extra costs not made clear on booking page), which were sorted out over two phonecalls with the management company, as we couldn't speak Spanish and the owners couldn't speak English which made things a bit tricky on arrival! We would love to return to Llubi in the future and would come back to this villa is the bedrooms were upgraded to include AC.
