This house is divided into 2 separate buildings. One where the living room, the dining room, the bedroom and bathroom are (there is a roof top in this building); and the other where the kitchen is. The chlorine pool measures 8x4m and has a depth ranging from 1.10m to 2m; in that area there are 3 sunbeds to relax and unwind from everyday stress. In the garden there is a 180m2 paved surface and a wide stretch of fruit trees which is fenced in. On one side of the pool, there is a 16m2 furnished terrace with a thatched roof where you can enjoy eating while monitoring younger children. Just off the kitchen there is a cozy 20m2 furnished terrace which is the perfect place to share both snacks and meals with your loved ones. On one side of the 20m2 terrace, there is another 12m2 terrace which has abundant vegetation, is partially furnished, and where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air in the evenings. The privacy of this property is partial.

When entering the building where the bedroom is located, the first thing you will find is the living room. This space is ideal to disconnect watching satellite-TV, listening to music or through a good read. The dining room is open to the living room and, there, you will share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. There is 1 bedroom in this house, and 3 people can sleep in it. The bedroom has 2 beds, 1 double and 1 single. The laundry area is independent and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the same building there is 1 bathroom with bathtub and, if needed, you have access to 1 crib for younger children and 2 fans. The property’s kitchen is in the other building and it has everything you need to dazzle your guests with your best creations, including gas stove.

This property is located in the town of Llubí. Among other things, this town stands out for its remains of the Talayotic period, which we recommend visiting. Llubí is surrounded by 2 of the most important towns of the island, Inca and Sa Pobla. Sa Pobla, which is 8km away, is known for being one of the "vegetable gardens" of Mallorca, so you can find all kinds of high quality fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers who grow them themselves. In this town there is a market on Sundays and, there, you can find all kinds of traditional products of the island, as well as clothes and other items. Moreover, Inca, located about 14km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday market is the most important market in Inca and there will have access to a great variety of local products. If you just want to enjoy a sandy beach, about 18km away there is Ca'n Picafort and there you will have the opportunity to enjoy practicing a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. Ca’n Picafort is known for its great tourist atmosphere, so there you have access to all amenities and entertainment both during the day and at night.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
