Dapper villa with private pool and mountain views in Maria de la Salut, in the centre-north of Mallorca. It welcomes 6 people.
Enjoy mediterranean life within a quiet and rural area, enjoying astonishing views over the countryside and the mountains. The private salt water pool is 8m x 4m and a depth ranging from 0.4m to 1.7m. The pool is fenced for a mayor security of the smallest ones. Lay down on one of the six loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun. Ample terraces are just perfect for a barbecue. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower. The fenced plot is 3500m2 and there are no direct neighbors around so you'll enjoy privacy.

A living-dining area with A/C, TV with satellite channels, DVD and modern sofa has access to a terrace. The spacious and modern kitchen is open to the living area and features a induction hob, utensils and dishwasher. There's a laundry room with dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twins) are equipped with A/C, closet and shower bath en-suite. Two have access to a terrace. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Additionally, there's a toilet.

Maria de la Salut is a quiet place that forms part of the zone Pla de Mallorca. A car is absolutely necessary, first of all to go to the beach. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort Beach are 15 km from the house. On Wednesday you could visit the most traditional market in Sineu. If you visit us during spring, you can enjoy a lush green and flower covered landscape which you can enjoy by bicycle or hiking. The town center offers restaurants, grocery shops and everything else you may need for an independent stay.

Great quiet location, pool available, barbecue available, clean house but charging 15€ per day for heating I don’t think is right. Also, there is no bins around the house, you have to pick up you rubbish bags and drop them at about 2.2km away. If you go here and have no car rented, how are you going to take all your rubbish to the location provided? Other than this, great conditions overall.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Pool, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden :)

Great accommodation with a pool that we would happily recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and were completely satisfied :)

Das Haus war super. Leider mussten wir aber mit Fenster zu schlafen, da die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft in der Nacht und morgens immer bellten. Wir hatten aber für Oktober eine sehr schöne Zeit.

The house was great. Unfortunately we had to sleep with a window because the dogs in the neighborhood always barked at night and in the morning. But we had a very nice time in October.

We had an amazing time here! The place was exactly as it was described and exactly like the photos. As said in previous reviews there are dogs at the next door neighbours, however they rarely barked. The views are incredible, the pool is lovely and clean. The bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. The kitchen/diner/sitting room was exactly as shown and was very spacey! Only thing I noticed was the barbecue grill was coated in grease and was black. But definitely did not affect the excellence of the place! The response from the host was excellent. Always answered any questions I had almost right away and answered them best they could. Very helpful! Thank you so much! Absolutely recommend!

Una casa muy cómoda y bien equipada. Si te da igual estar alojado en un lugar un poco alejado,la casa es ideal. Tranquila,limpia,buen acceso desde la carretera y buena iluminación. Tiene todo lo necesario y las habitaciones y baños son muy amplios.

Wir hatten einen wirklichen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. +sehr schön und modern eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Bildern) +super Ausstattung +der Pool und die Aussicht sind wunderschön +unkompliziert Kommunikation bei Rückfragen - nur ein negativer Punkt ist, dass an dem nächstgelegenen Grundstück, eine Werkstatt oder ähnliches 1-2 Hunde gehalten werden bzw. in einem Bereich eingesperrt sind und diese den Tag über und auch in der Nacht sehr laut bellen. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist dadurch teilweise etwas schwierig. Hier kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts dafür, aber trotzdem schade, dass immer noch viele Hunde so gehalten werden. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a really great vacation in the house. +very nicely and modernly furnished (just like in the pictures) +great facilities +the pool and the view are beautiful +uncomplicated communication if you have any questions - only one negative point is that there are 1-2 dogs on the nearest property, a workshop or something similar are kept or locked in an area and they bark very loudly throughout the day and also at night. This makes sleeping with the window open sometimes a bit difficult. Of course the landlord can't do anything about it here, but it's still a shame that many dogs are still kept like this. All in all, the house is highly recommended!

Unser Urlaub war Perfekt! Das Ambiente ist genau das was wir gesucht haben! Sauberkeit war 1A. Wir konnten jeder Zeit mit dem Team Homerti Kontakt aufnehmen. Bekam sehr schnelle Antworten auch Sonntags. Wir sind begeistert. Gerne wieder :)

Alles war super! Die Organisation hat auf jede Mail mit Fragen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Die Finca ist ein Traum! So wie in der Beschreibung und noch besser. Sehr sauber alles. Sehr unkompliziert Abwicklung vorher. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Everything was great! The organization responded to every email with questions very quickly and helpfully. The finca is a dream! Just as in the description and even better. Very clean everything. Very uncomplicated processing beforehand. We would definitely come back :-)

Wir 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (2.5 und 5.5) hatten die besten Ferien ever (15 Tage). Genügend Platz für Alle, ob man im Haus war oder vor dem Haus. Die Finca ist 2 Fahrminuten von dem Dorf Maria de la Salut entfernt. Somit sehr ruhig gelegen aber doch in der Nähe, falls man etwas braucht. Im Dorf sind sehr wenig Touristen anzutreffen, was wir sehr toll fanden. Es hat mehrere Restaurants, 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Bäckerei plus noch eine Papeterie (Tabak). Alle grösseren Dörfer/Städte wie Llubi, Sineu, Petra, Muro und Manacor, wie auch die Strände, Can Picafort, Muro, Cala Rajada sind innert 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Villa ist mit dieser Umgebung, mit dem großen Pool (eine Ecke mit Whirlpool!!!) und den Pflanzen in der Einfahrt und dem Vorplatz mit der Grillstelle einfach nur traumhaft schön. Wir werden die Finca bestimmt nochmals mieten und können diese nur weiterempfehlen.

We 4 adults and 2 children (2.5 and 5.5) had the best vacation ever (15 days). Enough space for everyone, whether you were in the house or in front of the house. The finca is a 2-minute drive from the village of Maria de la Salut. So it's in a very quiet location but still close if you need anything. There are very few tourists in the village, which we thought was great. It has several restaurants, 2 grocery stores and a bakery plus a stationery (tobacco) shop. All larger villages/towns such as Llubi, Sineu, Petra, Muro and Manacor, as well as the beaches, Can Picafort, Muro, Cala Rajada are within 10-20 minutes by car. The villa is simply fantastically beautiful with this environment, with the large pool (one corner with a whirlpool!!!) and the plants in the driveway and the forecourt with the barbecue area. We will definitely rent the finca again and can only recommend it.

Tolles modernes Haus welches voll und ganz den Erwartungen gerecht wurde. Lage ist ruhig mit schöner Weitsicht und Feldern ringsherum. Dadurch ist ein Mietwagen jedoch Pflicht. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Insel. Im Oktober vermisst man lediglich eine Poolheizung. Sauberkeit war gut. Kommunikation problemlos, prompt und professionell, nur etwas unpersönlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Great modern house that fully lived up to expectations. Location is quiet with beautiful views and fields all around. However, this means that a rental car is mandatory. Great location for trips in all directions on the island. In October the only thing missing is a pool heater. Cleanliness was good. Communication was easy, prompt and professional, just a bit impersonal. Overall, highly recommended!
