This house has 4 bedrooms; three of them are located on the first floor of the main house and the fourth one in a small annex. The master bedroom of the main house is spacious and has a beautiful double bed, a magnificent bathroom en suite with all kinds of details and a direct exit to an enormous terrace with spectacular panoramic views to mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. The other two bedrooms of the main house have two single beds each and great views across the fields. These two bedrooms share one bathroom. There is enough space in all rooms to put up a cot if necessary. Only the master bedroom is provided with air conditioning.

This house is the ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy some independence. The fourth bedroom in the annex provides a certain privacy. It is equipped with a double bed and a bathroom en suite and has a small kitchen.

Both living rooms of the house are spacious; one of them is decorated in a traditional style and has a dining area where you can enjoy your meals all together. It is fitted with comfy sofas that invite you to relax, watch TV or read a good book. The other lounge is perfect for sunny days due to its large window panes that allow a nice view across the yard. Both lounges are provided with air conditioning.

The kitchen is very well equipped and provided with all the elements and necessary domestic appliances so that cooking becomes real fun (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electrical oven, squeezer, water kettle, etc.). The kitchen has its own veranda that is furnished with a big, rustic table where you can enjoy the best breakfasts, meals and dinners. In this area you will also find a barbecue.

The outdoors of this house is simply gorgeous. The immense landscaped areas are a mix of lawn and Mediterranean garden. The private swimming pool (chlorine water), is surrounded by sun loungers where you can take a nap after a refreshing bath in the pool.

There is enough space to park more than 6 cars on the property, only a few meters from the house.
Please note that pets are not allowed.

The house is constructed on a 5000 m2 plot and its peaceful surroundings are perfect to relax. Take a walk through the vineyards or explore the small villages around by bike.

The lodging is situated only 1,5 km from Biniagual, a small and cute village where you find some of the best wineries of the island and where you will be able to attend tastings and short courses of oenology, visit the winery and learn about the production processes of the best wines. In the small town of Binissalem - only 3,5 km away from the house - you can find all necessary services that you may need during your stay.
Due to the house´s location you will be able to discover the Serra de Tramuntana and its impressive sceneries, that have been catalogued Patrimony of the Humanity by the UNESCO. The island´s capital – Palma de Mallorca - is only a 30 minutes´ drive from the lodging – it´s worth a visit.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
