As a whole, in the outside area there is a 200m2 paved surface, a 400m2 lawn area and a total of 500m2 fenced in garden area with fruit trees. In the garden there is a beautiful pond and there is night lighting. On one side of the house there is a 20m2 furnished terrace, which is use as a fantastic "chill out" area. The 20m2 furnished property porch is ideal to enjoy endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The fixed barbecue stands on the porch and with it you can impress your guests with your culinary creations. The owners of the home offer access to both the garden and fruit trees, and take into account that in the property will find a variety of animals such as sheep, chickens, doves and ducks. You should also know that the 2 floors of the house are the GF and -1F. The privacy of the property is total and has space to park a total of 5 vehicles.

The living room of the property is ideal to enjoy watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or relax over a good read. The kitchen is independent and it has everything you need to prepare any dish you want, including ceramic. The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms of the house and also has 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of them in the GF and the 4th in the -1F. From the bedrooms of the GF, 2 of them have 2 single beds and 1 has 1 double bed; in the rooms in the -1F there are 2 single beds. You have access to 4 bathrooms, 3 of them on the GF (all full, 2 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 1 of the bathrooms with shower is located in suite) and 1 outdoors, attached to the house, with shower. As a whole, this property offers 2 fans, air conditioning in the dining room and 2 cribs in case you need them.

The town of Sineu is known for its tranquility and every Wednesday celebrates its traditional market, where you can buy all kinds of local products. The setting of this property is 5 min. away from the town of Llubí. Among other things, this town is characterized by the remains of Talayotic period, which we recommend visiting. Llubí is surrounded by 2 of the most important towns of the island, such as the Inca and Sa Pobla. Sa Pobla, 8km away, is known for being one of the "vegetable gardens" of Mallorca, so you can find all kinds of high quality fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers who grow them themselves. In this town there is a market on Sundays and there you can find all kinds of traditional products from the island, as well as clothes and other items. Moreover, Inca, located about 14km away, is known for its leather tradition and there will have access to all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday is the most important day; the Inca market is held and there will have access to all kinds of local products. If you just want to enjoy a sandy beach, about 18km north there is Ca'n Picafort where you can enjoy and practice many water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. Can Picafort is also known for its great tourist atmosphere, so there you have access to all amenities and entertainment both during the day and at night.
