Great house with private pool, beautiful garden areas and near the sea in Muro, in Norther Mallorca. It has capacity for 6 guests.
The beautiful chlorine pool highlights at the outside. Its 7,50 x 4 metres measured and 1,40 to 1,80 depth make it perfect for a dip or maybe a swim to start the day with energy. After the bath, the sunbeds are idea to sunbathe, and the surrounding green lawn area is the place where the little ones can play and take it easy. Once by the house you will find a beautiful furnished porch to spend great moments with your family and loved ones. You can have a drink in the evening or have lunch at the outdoors dining area where you can also taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The property also features a tennis court so that you can organise family tournaments and enjoy exercising with your family. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours around.
This great accommodation has 250 m2 and one floor. It is decorated in a simple but welcoming and it has everything for a comfortable stay, so you will feel at home for sure. The main room is an open space shared by the kitchen the living room and the dining room. The living area features 2 comfortable couches where you can watch satellite TV while refreshing with the air conditioning. It also has a fireplace to warm in the coldest days. The dining table has capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is separated by a bar and it features with everything you may need to cook during your vacation: a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric oven,... The laundry area is independent and it presents a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
After a long beach day our guests can choose among three bedrooms to rest. The first bedroom has a double bed and a shower en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom presents two single beds and the last one has another double bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have an armchair each one. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. A second bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a toilet with a basin and a WC complete this accommodation.
This wonderful house is located in a very quiet rural environment which will delight those who want to rest and disconnect during their stay. Nevertheless, the beach of Can Picafort is very close to the house, only 3 km away. It is a wonderful family and friendly beach, with fin sand and crystalline waters, where you can also practice water sports, have a walk along the beach or the promenade, or have a cocktail while admiring the sunset. You will find all services in the town: superares, shops, bars, restaurants,..From the house you can got to other beautiful beaches in the North like Puerto de Alcudia, Alcanada, Port de Pollença or Formentor. You will evoque the medieval age in the old town of Alcudia, with its wall and it narrow streets. You cannot miss either the charming promenade in Port de Pollença.

Le positif: La localisation géographique. La maison est très bien située. A 6 min des plus belles plages de l'île et des supermarchés. À 10 min des grandes plages d'Alcudia et à 30min du magnifique port de Pollença. Maison plain pieds ce qui est très agréable pour la vie en famille. Et pas d'escalier ce qui est bien pour les enfants et/ou personnes âgées. Plusieurs terrasses autour de la maison. Très agréables selon le moment de la journée et la position du soleil. Vous vivrez très bien dehors grâce à ces coins terrasses aménagés. Beaucoup de vent, ce qui est très agréable car nous ne souffrons pas de la chaleur. La maison est entièrement climatisée. La sdb principale est grande avec une très bonne pression d'eau. Extérieur bien ombragé grâce aux grands arbres. La cuisine est top! Ouverte sur le salon et très fonctionnelle. Une vrais cuisine conviviale. Les chambres sont bien aménagés avec des rangements. Wifi et TV Aucun vis à vis. Le négatif: La maison entière est envahie de fourmis. Cuisine , salon, couloir, chambres et sdb. Besoin de faire le ménage et serpillère tous les jours. La vaisselle était très sale. Nous avons tout relavé à notre arrivée. Coupure d'eau totale de 18h30 à 10h30 sous 32,°C. Donc pas de douches ni de toilettes pendant plus de 15h. Cependant l'agence Homerti à été très réactive en envoyant un technicien le jour même et qui a réparé la panne le lendemain matin. Il n'y a pas de grande poubelle a l'entrée de la maison. Vous devrez jeter les poubelles en ville. Le coin piscine est accollé à un poulailler avec bruit des poules et coqs. La piscine est propre en surface mais sale au fond car dépôt qui n'est pas nettoyé avec un aspirateur de pisicine. Une personne vient chaque semaine nettoyer les filtres et ajouter les galets de chlore Je recommande cette maison. De surcroît l'agence Homerti est très réactive et très sérieuse. Merci !
See more Wir hatten bisher keine Erfahrungen mit Ferienhäusern und waren positiv überrascht. Das weitläufige Gelände mit Tennisplatz und Pool hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses bot alles was für einen entspannten Aufenthalt nötig war (wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen;-)) Die Lage des Anwesens ist so, dass man ohne Auto isoliert ist. Der nächste Ort (Can Picafort) ist 3,5 km entfernt und es führen nur Straßen ohne Gehweg und ohne Beleuchtung dorthin (es war ab 20:00 Uhr Anfang Oktober stockfinster). Kurz vor Ende unseres Aufenthaltes kam ein Gärtner, der den Rasen mähte und dabei ein Küchenfenster zerstörte. Eine kurze E-Mail und das Problem war am selben Tag erledigt. ...wirklich großartiger und schneller Service! Andererseits hat der Gärtner den Grünschnitt nicht entsorgt und so landete eine ganze Menge davon im Pool, der auch nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. ...naja! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und die Angaben zum Objekt stimmen voll und ganz. D. Koch
See more This property is fantastic for up to 6 people wanting to stay in northern Mallorca without the noise and bustle of a resort. It was immensely practical for a family of 5. Beaches and cycle routes are on the doorstep. The property is very secure behind fences and electric gate; nearest neighbours (a family) are about 75m away, otherwise you are surrounded by fields. There is no noise from the road, the views are lovely. The house is immensely practical with most mod -cons. There is a TV (Spanish) and Sat box (German). The pool is bigger than the photos show, whilst the tennis court, whilst slightly older is totally functional. Leisure tennis rackets are provided. The Platja Muro (Picafont Bay) sandy, shallow beaches are only 5 mins down the road by car - there is plenty of parking in Ca'n Picafont. The beautiful walled city of Alcudia is a 20 min car journey along the busy tourist strip along the coast. The management company were available to answer questions and were both helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
See more Si buscas tranquilidad y un sitio donde disfrutar en família, éste es el sitio perfecto. Una de las mejores playas de Mallorca a menos de 10 minutos, mas la piscina y la pista de tenis no necesitas nada más. Hemos estado en verano y se está muy fresquito, tanto dentro como fuera de la casa, ya que tiene dos porches que sin duda utilizarás.
