This charming villa in Santa Eugenia with private pool offers accommodation to 6 people.
Enjoy a morning swim in the 8m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2m. Afterwards, take your favorite book and lay down on one of the six loungers, enjoy the Mediterranean sun and get a soft tan. In the evening, have a great barbecue underneath the starry sky; looking forward to the breakfast on the airy porch next morning. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

Indoors, traditional Majorca Style meets modern decoration. Enjoy a lazy afternoon watching a film on the satellite-TV and have lunch with your loved ones. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are very practical for long stays. An elegant bedroom with double bed in addition has a bathroom en-suite with bath tub.

The bedroom with double bed on the first floor has access to a balcony with pool views. Furthermore, there's a second bedroom with two single beds as well as a separate bath with bath tub on that floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair if necessary. If you visit us during the winter, you'll benefit from central heating.

Situated in the center of Mallorca, you have easy access through the motorway to Palma and many other nice destinations. Santa Eugenia is surrounded by fields and particularly rural. Every Wednesday takes place the famous market in Sineu. Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, has a great offer of leisure, nightlife, gastronomy and shopping facilities.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
