The simplicity and care of the exterior area are precisely the reasons why this villa becomes a true beauty. The Mallorcan stoned walls of the building and the large garden will make you feel that this is the one: the accommodation you will choose to spend your great vacation. There is a large lawn area ideal to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers. The 8 x 4.5 metres and 0.6 to 1.9 metres depth chlorine pool is perfect not only to swim but also to cool down sitting on the steps, maybe with a book? The furnished porch by the pool will be the place of outdoors evening and barbecue lovers, no doubt. After the delicious dinner, just take a cocktail on one of the armchairs at the porch and relax.

You can access the house through the porch, and you will find a huge living room with satellite TV where the coloured cosy sofas are the main point of attention. This is open to the dining area. Behind the sliding doors you will find the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and even and extending table so you can have lunch all together. There are 4 bedrooms in total with one closet each and room enough to accommodate a cot and a high chair.There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathtub bathroom, and the other one presents one single bed. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a double bed and the last one with a single bed and a trundle bed for the three extra pax. Two more bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub complete this floor. The laundry room is outside and it features a dryer, a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

The house presents electric heating for the winter season, and there is air conditioning in two bedrooms of the 1st floor and one AC unit downstairs. There are also two portable fans to locate in the rooms you prefer.

Located 300 metres away from the town centre of Vilafranca, this house is placed in the Pla de Mallorca region, in a rural environment with farm activity. If you come to this house, you will have the opportunity to know the interior of the island and enjoy the lands of cereals and fruit trees. Vilafranca is a little village with local grocery stores and highly recommended restaurants. Manacor is only 10 km away, and it is one of the most important cities with an important commercial activity. If you want to go to the beach, Porto Cristo is the nearest one, 25 km away, but we also recommend you to visit the little coves in the area.
