The modern exteriors are perfect for a barbecue with your family. Enjoy the private, 7m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2m or have an exterior shower after a day on the beach. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
This one storey house has three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed. The master bedroom features a shower bathroom en-suite. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. A second bathroom with shower is available. Spacious windows make the sitting-dining area a bright and friendly room where you can enjoy lunch with your family or watch a film on the satellite-TV. If you like cooking, there's a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob. A washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.
The location of the property is perfect, as it is in a quiet, family-friendly residential area, which is ideal for relaxing, while it is also very close to the sea. There is a rocky beach 20 metres away and a large sandy beach of more than 1 km in length only 500 metres away. There is a good restaurant next to the beach. There is also a stand for renting paddle surf boards, the fashionable water sport, where they organise excursions. Ca'n Picafort, a very urbanised area, where you will find a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure possibilities, is only 10 minutes away by car.

4 guests reviewed this property. Lovely house in a beautiful area of Majorca. The house was clean and welcoming. The host was very helpful with recommendations for the local area, and communicating throughout our stay. There are several beaches nearby with clear water, plenty of parking, and a variety of supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away.
