This fantastic villa, with private pool and fascinating views to the green fields on the outskirts of Manacor, welcomes 6 guests.
The beauty of this villa is in the high level pool because it makes our guests to be delighted with the spectacular landscape while swimming or sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.1 metres. The shower outdoors is perfect to wash the sand off before a delicious barbecue under the thatched roof terrace or a dinner admiring the sunset. And, the best of it all is that privacy is total!
You can enter the house from the terrace, and you will find the sitting-dining room, with a clear Mallorcan style that you can note in the special ceiling, where you can rest on the sofa and watch satellite TV, or enjoy your meals here cooling with the AC while it is hot outside. From here you access the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, a table with chairs, AC and a little hall. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a shower bathroom with a bidet for the whole accommodation as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Another has two twin beds and the last one has a bunk bed. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and high chair are also available.
The lively and beautiful city of Manacor, located about 5 km away, has everything you need for an independent vacation. You will find supermarkets, bars, shops and much more but, above all, a wonderful coastal area that you can visit by car and where you will find dreamy beaches and coves. The nearest one, about 16 km away, is S'Illot, but there are many others like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Marsal, Cala Mendia or Cala Millor. In addition, a visit to the caves -Cuevas del Drach in Portocristo or Cuevas dels Hams- also is a must.
The wood stove by the sitting room cannot be used.

The pictures do not to the landscape around the home justice, it is extremely peaceful, calm and Beautiful. The pool is clean and very comfortable during the hot days. We would definitely come back !

The house was very clean, location was great for touring the island. The views from the house are outstanding. The pool was great to cool down during the hot weather. We hope to holiday here again ☀️

See more Die Finca war gemütlich und sehr, sehr sauber. Der Besitzer hat uns alles gut erklärt, war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Umgebung und Ruhe wunderschön, perfekt. Wir duften uns im Garten genüsslich mit frischem Gemüse bedienen. Auch frische Eier wurden uns geschenkt. Badetücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt und dies ohne Umstände. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, hervorragend. Die Badezimmer einfach super. Einzig das Doppelbett für Ehepaar war viel zu klein, höchstens 160x200 cm. Die anderen Matratzen waren durch gelegen. Für uns war dieser Urlaub einzigartig, hervorragend und wir werden gerne wieder kommen! Herzlichen DANK!
The finca was cozy and very, very clean. The owner explained everything to us well, was helpful and friendly. The surroundings and peace are beautiful, perfect. We smell the smell of enjoying fresh vegetables in the garden. We were also given fresh eggs. Bath towels and bed linen were changed after a week and without any fuss. Everything was there in the kitchen, excellent. The bathrooms are simply great. Only the double bed for the couple was much too small, at most 160x200 cm. The other mattresses were worn out. For us, this vacation was unique, outstanding and we will happily come back! THANK YOU very much!

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe von Manacor auf dem Land. Wenn man eine ruhige Auszeit sucht, ist man hier richtig. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, dafür einen ganz wunderbaren Garten, in dem man auch Obst und Gemüse ernten darf. Wir hatten Melonen, Paprika, Auberginen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Brot, Gemüse und ein Sekt in der Küche. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben viel gekocht und auch den Außengrill benutzt. Supermärkte findet man in Manacor. Die Einrichtung ist super, die Bäder sehr neu. Draußen kann man im Pool entspannen, auf den liegen die Rihe genießen, nachts Sterne schauen und eine Tischtennisplatte steht auch bereit.
The finca is very quiet in the countryside near Manacor. If you're looking for a quiet break, you've come to the right place. There are no direct neighbors, but there is a wonderful garden where you can also harvest fruit and vegetables. We had melons, peppers, eggplants. We were greeted with bread, vegetables and champagne in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a lot and also used the outdoor grill. Supermarkets can be found in Manacor. The furnishings are great, the bathrooms are very new. Outside you can relax in the pool, enjoy the sun on the loungers, look at the stars at night and there is also a table tennis table available.
See more Ein klasse ruhiger entspannender Urlaub. Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Finca und wurden von der Familie wahrlich umsorgt. Klasse Ausstattung, verschiedene Spiele, großer Fernseher mit Google Chromecast. WLAN war überall top empfangbar, sogar Streaming war möglich. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was dazu gehört (so wie zu Hause). Cerankochfeld mit Induktion, neuer Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Draußen ein separater Raum mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Große Sonnenterasse mit 6 liegen der große Salzwasser Pool (ganz minimal Salzig). Von der Terasse hat man einen Wunderbaren Ausblick über das Tal. Weit und breit keine Nachbarn. Bis nach Manacor zum Einkaufen (Lidl ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto) Hiper Centro und Aldi ca. 8 Minuten. Das beste ist der große Gemüsegarten bei dem man sich bedienen durfte/solle. Spitzpaprika, Tomaten, Zucchini, Aubergine, frische Chilis und die verschiedensten Kräuter. Zur Familie: Der Sohn empfing uns und erklärte uns alles im besten Englisch, bei jeder Frage während unseres Aufenthaltes war er über Whatsapp erreichbar. Der Vater kommt alle zwei Tage früh morgens und kümmert sich um den Garten, den Pool und nahm den Müll mit. Den konnte man in die große Mülltonne im Carport werfen. (Im Carport ist Platz für zwei Autos) Die Mutter kam einmal die Woche (Montags gegen 11Uhr ) mir einer Freundin und putzte das ganze Haus. Wechselte alle Bettbezüge und brachte frische Handtücher mit. TOP SERVICE Wir können diese Finca und diese nette freundliche Familie nur empfehlen. Wir werden garantiert noch mal wieder kommen.
A great quiet relaxing holiday. We stayed in the finca for 3 weeks and were truly looked after by the family. Great facilities, various games, large TV with Google Chromecast. Wi-Fi was easy to receive everywhere, and streaming was even possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (just like at home). Ceramic hob with induction, new oven, microwave and dishwasher. Outside a separate room with washing machine, ironing board with iron. Large sun terrace with 6 loungers and the large salt water pool (very minimally salty). From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the valley. No neighbors far and wide. To Manacor for shopping (Lidl about 5 minutes by car) Hiper Centro and Aldi about 8 minutes. The best thing is the large vegetable garden that you could/should help yourself to. Pointed peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, fresh chilies and a variety of herbs. To the family: The son welcomed us and explained everything to us in the best English. He was available via Whatsapp for any questions we had during our stay. The father comes early in the morning every two days and takes care of the garden, the pool and takes out the trash. You could throw it in the big trash can in the carport. (There is space for two cars in the carport) The mother came once a week (Monday around 11 a.m.) with a friend and cleaned the whole house. Changed all bed linen and brought fresh towels. TOP SERVICE We can only recommend this finca and this nice, friendly family. We will definitely come back again.
See more We werden zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen! Om de dag werd het zwembad schoon gemaakt en stond er een schaal groente uit eigen tuin klaar voor ons. Het was ze niet duidelijk dat we met een klein babytje zouden komen hierdoor werd er binnen enkele uren een kinderbedtje en badtje gebracht. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad die we graag nog een keer daar over willen doen.
We received a very friendly and hospitable welcome! The pool was cleaned every other day and a bowl of vegetables from the garden was ready for us. It was not clear to them that we would be arriving with a small baby, so a cot and bath were brought within a few hours. We had a wonderful holiday that we would like to do again.
