Beautiful town house with private pool and capacity for 8 people located in Porreres
The house preserves the beauty of the Mallorcan architecture town houses, although carefully renewed and equipped to make you feel happy here. A wonderful chlorine pool sizing 9 x 4 metres and with a depth from 1.3 to 1.6 metres is waiting for you at the courtyard, so that you can spend the day swimming and cooling down without leaving the house. And not only that. Imagine yourselves basking in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers while the family little ones have some fun. Afterwards, after a long day full of activities, an unbeatable barbecue invites to prepare delicious meals to be enjoined under the porch.

When you enter the house, the hall leads to a cosy living room, with satellite TV channels and air-conditioning, which is perfect to rest for a while. Then, the dining area -also accessible from the pool terrace-, which is open to the kitchen. This features a ceramic hob and it is perfect to cook and enjoy meals all together with the great views outdoors. There also is a laundry room, of course, equipped with an ironing board, washing machine, iron and tumble dryer. There are two shower rooms, one of them with a hydro-massage shower, for the whole house. And for your rest, the most important thing at all, there are 4 bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One has double bed and space enough for a cot. The other three bedrooms present two twin beds each. You will just find a solarium area on the top floor. A high chair also is available in case you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in the town centre of Porreres, with easy access to all services you may need like shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and much more. Everything is reachable in a little walk. Don't miss the street market that takes place on Tuesday. Porreres also offers a wide gastronomic and oenology variety to enjoy the Mallorcan delights, and of course, easy access to the paradisaical beaches and coves in the south of Mallorca. The nearest beach is Sa Ràpita, about 22 km away, as well as Ses Covetes, Es Trenc and lots more.
