We loved staying in this house and Maria De La Salut is a fantastic town which is a piece of real Spain with great bars and restaurants. The house is a five minute (brisk) walk from the town square and has great views from the front of the property over the farms and fields. The swimming pool is lovely and the master bedroom very stylish. We did have a problem with the rooms being very hot at night but the host responded immediately to our request and arranged for fans to be delivered which helped a lot. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cutlery and crockery. We travelled with two elderly members in our party 87 and 84 and the house worked really well for them

The comfortable new building with a modern interior and attractive terrace will inspire you. Outside, a beautiful chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m, with a depth of 1 to 2 m, invites you to enjoy a refreshing dip. Surrounded by 6 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing accompanied by a delicious cocktail. A furnished veranda by the pool promises common meals outdoors and also a barbecue evening.
350 m2 spread over 2 floors. Through the entrance area you reach the bright, harmonious living - dining area with direct access to the terrace. In the large kitchen, enabled for eating and with access to the terrace, you will not miss anything to cook your favorite dishes. The kitchen is equipped with a hob. There's another living area with oven for the cooler days. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A TV with satellite channels is available.
In total there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one is an "en suite" bathroom. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, 1 is furnished with a double bed and has the bathroom with shower "en suite", the other has 2 single beds. A bathroom with bathtub is located on the ground floor. On the upper floor are 2 more bedrooms. The original double bed made with pallets and the seating area in the spacious bedroom will please you. The other bedroom on this floor has 2 single beds. There is a terrace and a bathroom with shower and bathtub are available. On request a baby cot and high chair can be provided.
Maria de la Salut is a small village located in the center of Mallorca. In the town square you can enjoy some dinner outdoors and the weekly market that is held every Friday. About 15 minutes by car, you reach the beach of Ca'n Picafort, an extensive sandy beach with many additional services and the possibility of practising a variety of water sports. Some coves such as Cala Torta or S'Arenalet des Verger, virgin and little crowded areas, are a half hour from the house.

See more House is better than photos suggest. It’s massive! There were a few rooms we never used (only 4 of us) Pool area is fantastic. We’re some lovely details upon arrival (fruit, wine and biscuits). Facilities and equipment were super. Village is very quiet and local (only a few Spanish tourists and us!). Nice restaurant in centre and play park for kids (be prepared for squeezing through VERY narrow roads with the car). Def need a car if you stay here as it’s a long way to most places. The TV doesn’t have anything for English viewers but you could hook up your laptop if you brought the right cables. The house has Wi-fi which we used to download films (streaming was bit sketchy). Take lots of mosquito repellent as tiger mosquitos around most of day and evening ( prob on whole of Mallorca at the moment) We bought plug ins which we left there for others. Well worth staying here.
See more A beautiful villa, even nicer than the pictures suggest! Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space, fantastic balcony area for relaxing and sunbathing...which the teenagers commandeered as their own!! The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly (very early morning...but we never heard him!!) with plenty of space for us all (8) to sit or lounge in the sunshine! Great kitchen which was really well equipped...everything we could possibly need was there...and 3 dining tables throughout the villa...though we only used the outdoor area for eating as the weather was SO beautiful! The instructions for getting to the property and access to the villa were clear and easy to follow...and we very much appreciated the fruit and drinks that were left for our arrival! The villa is in a small town about 20mins from the coast and nearest large supermarkets , so you would need a car for exploring....but the town itself has a couple of well equipped supermarkets where you could buy most of the things you're likely to need. There are also a few restaurants on the main square which are very popular at the weekend. It's probably best to book a table for a larger party, but they were happy to find room outside for 8 of us. There was also line dancing in the square on the Sunday evening that we ate there...was wonderful to see everyone arrive with their plastic chairs and then join in with the routines!!! We visit nearby beaches in Alcudia and Parc Natural de s'Albufera....and would definitely recommend s'Albufera...its a gorgeous white sandy beach with blue sea just a short walk through a nature reserve....however... whilst parking is not a problem in Alcudia, please be careful in Parc Natural as it is very popular....the parking gets full quickly and there is no free parking along the roadside....we assumed there was (following the many others who had parked along the roadside) and received a parking fine of €40! We absolutely loved our holiday here and would definitely book again next year.....literally cannot fault the place at all and we had a very happy time in this villa...Thank you!!
