Beautiful rustic villa located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where a great garden with wonderful views and an above ground pool will amaze our 5 guests.
The exteriors of this renovated villa are wonderful, thanks to the clear views of the mountains and the coast of Llevant. The idyllic porch or terrace, covered with fine reed, is a nice place to enjoy these wonderful views accompanied by a rich barbecue and a glass of wine, perhaps. Meanwhile, the little ones enjoy playing on the lawn, or swimming in the raised pool of chlorine, measuring 6 x 5m and 1.40 deep. If you wish to take a quick and refreshing shower, there is an outside shower. The plot is fenced and in total privacy.

Inside the house you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, open to the dining room. This stay invites you to watch an interesting movie on DVD or satellite TV, or to relax listening to some music. The bright, well equipped kitchen with gas hob has direct access to the terrace. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in independent room. There are 3 bedrooms: one with double bed, one dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; Another with two single beds, and a third with a single bed and a study or work area. The last two have a closet. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is a second bath room with bath tube. The house offers central heating in winter and there are 3 fans available for the very hot summer days.

Located within an agricultural environment of the Serra de Llevant, this villa is ideal for a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The environment proposes you to take long walks, either on foot or by bicycle, through the fields and paths of the area. The beaches of the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Costa des Pins, are easily accessible by car. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is about 3 km away and all necessary services (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are offered. The golf course "Pula Golf" in Son Servera is about 14 km away.
