Magnificent cottage in a rural setting located in Campos, which offers amazing mountain views and accommodates up to 10 people.
The house exteriors are spectacular. There is a 10 x 5 m pool for you to cool off, 8 deck-chairs to rest, and a large garden for the children to play. Next to the porch (35 m2) there is an outside bathroom with a shower, and a barbecue for you to cook outdoors. Upon entering the property, there is a furnished porch (56 m2) and, on the first floor, another one (56 m2) equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a sofa and two armchairs with a small table.

This two-storey house of 332 m2 of built area has five bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one double-bedded and one twin-bedded), and three on the first floor (two double-bedded and one twin-bedded). All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. There are four bathrooms: two on the ground floor (one with a bath and one with a shower), and two bathrooms on the first floor (one with bath and one with shower).

It has two living-dining rooms, equipped with satellite TV, sofas, armchairs, a table and chairs, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will find fans in the house. There are two fully-equipped kitchens with gas-ceramic hobs: one separate kitchen on the ground floor, and one integrated kitchen on the first floor. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining room on the first floor has access to a magnificent terrace with views of the countryside.

The house and its natural environment convey tranquillity and peace. It is located 2 km away from the town of Campos where you can find everything you need for your stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, a medical centre, etc. One of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, is 14 km away, and Palma, a city with all kinds of shops, tourist routes and leisure activities, is just 30 km away.

Hosting events is not permitted in the property.

Pets under 15 kg are allowed.
