Welcome to this magnificent country house for 6 people, in the outskirts of Es Llombards.
The magnificent exterior includes a large garden with lots of fruit trees of which you could taste the fruits. Enjoy the summer sun and swim in a chlorine pool 10 x 5 m2 (with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.60 m) or sunbathe on the terrace with 6 sun loungers. You can spend a pleasant barbecue evening with your family on the fully equipped porch or a large, also fully equipped, terrace. This lovely villa is fenced and there are close neighbours.
This rustic house of 250m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms with AC, one on the ground floor with double bed, and two on the 1st floor with two single beds each. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, two on the ground floor (one with shower and bathtub, and one with shower located outside the house), and one on the 1st floor with shower. On the groundfloor you will find a dining room equipped with dining table and chairs; and an independent kitchen with gas, equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking. On the 1st floor there is a living room with two sofas, one table and TV. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. The house has central heating.
Es Llombards is a small village that belongs to Santanyí. You'll enjoy the magnificent cove "Cala Llombards" formed by the mouth of the torrent of Son Amer/Son Morlà. In the area there are also other magnificent beaches that you can reach driving: Caló des Burgit, Caló des Moro, Caló des Macs, Salmonia Cala, Cala Santanyí, etc. The house is located 5 km from Santanyí, where you can find everything you might need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. In Santanyí you will also find the Natural Park of Mondragó, where you can make beautiful trips. Within 10 km you will get to Cala d'Or with its lively nightlife and wide range of leisure activities. Palma is only 50 minutes away.

Bei kleinen Fragen war Homerti, aber auch der nette Besitzer sofort erreichbar! Jederzeit wieder!Es war wirklich toll!!! Ideal wenn man Entspannung sucht!

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen genutzt. Sie ist sehr schön - genau wie auf den Bildern! Vor allem der Außenbereich des Anwesens war traumhaft schön. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren wie beschrieben vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist privat und abgelegen, dass hatte auch genau unserer Vorstellung entsprochen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man aber viele Stände und Santanyí super schnell. Einzige Schwierigkeit war die genaue Adresse rauf Anhieb zu finden, hier waren die üblichen Navis überfordert. Tipp daher sofort nach Ankunft den Standort zu speichern :-) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
We used the accommodation with 6 people. She is very beautiful - exactly like in the pictures! The outside area of the property was particularly beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms were as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is private and remote, which was exactly what we wanted. But you can reach many stands and Santanyí very quickly by car. The only difficulty was finding the exact address right away; the usual navigation systems were overwhelmed. So the tip is to save your location immediately upon arrival :-) We were very satisfied and would definitely come back!

Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, der Garten wunderschön, das Haus wunderbar gemütlich auch in der kalten Jahreszeit. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem definitiv eine Empfehlung - Wir kommen wieder!
The surroundings are a dream, the garden is beautiful, the house is wonderfully cozy even in the cold season. The owner is very friendly and helpful. All in all, definitely a recommendation - we'll be back!

The finca is exactly as in the description. Nothing was missing. A small table by the loungers by the pool would be great. We had a wonderful vacation.

See more Der Urlaub hat uns (Eltern, 2 Kinder) gut gefallen. Der Besitzer der Immobilie ist ein herzensguter Typ und immer erreichbar! Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche sollte modernisiert werden. Ich glaube nicht das der Pizza-Bringdienst das Haus finden würde ;-) Der Pool ist fantastisch! (nicht geeignet für Nichtschwimmer!). Die Nähe zu Santanyi (ca 4 KM) ist gut. Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strände sind innerhalb von 15-30 Auto-Min gut zu erreichen. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert gut. Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus. Im Haus spürt man davon nichts, wir hatten Nachbarn die abends gern laut Musik gehört haben und wir haben dies als störend empfunden, da wir von Ungestörtheit und eher einsamer Idylle ausgegangen sind. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame, sehr heisse (fast 40 Grad) und schöne Woche.
We (parents, 2 children) enjoyed the holiday. The owner of the property is a kind-hearted guy and always available! The house is getting a bit old and the kitchen needs to be modernized. I don't think the pizza delivery service would find the house ;-) The pool is fantastic! (not suitable for non-swimmers!). The proximity to Santanyi (approx. 4 KM) is good. Shopping, restaurants and beaches can be easily reached within 15-30 minutes by car. Air conditioning in the bedrooms works well. The house is a semi-detached house. You don't notice it in the house, we had neighbors who liked to listen to loud music in the evenings and we found this annoying because we assumed there would be privacy and a rather lonely idyll. Overall, we had a relaxing, very hot (almost 40 degrees) and beautiful week.

Nach 26 Aufenthalten auf Mallorca in den verschiedensten Häusern,haben wir mit dieser Finca die schönste entdeckt!!Alles war perfekt : die Lage,die Umgebung,die Ruhe,das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus,die Sauberkeit....usw...usw..Dazu eine unbeschreiblich freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Homerti und ein sehr sympathischer Besitzer,der sofort zur Stelle war,als wir ihn brauchten(Wir hatten uns einmal ausgeschlossen!!!)Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Everything was perfect: the location, the surroundings, the peace, the tastefully furnished house, the cleanliness... etc... etc. .In addition, the indescribably friendly and helpful support from Homerti and a very friendly owner who was there immediately when we needed him (we had once excluded ourselves!!!) Das Haus ist perfekt für alle, die eine stille, ländliche Umgebung schätzen, trotzdem ist es nicht weit nach Santanyi und zu den Stränden- für uns war das perfekt! Unsere kleine Tochter hat sich besonders über die Ziegen, Schafe und Hühner am Nachbargrundstück gefreut! Alles war unkompliziert und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, der kurze Kontakt mit dem Besitzer sehr nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!!
We had a wonderful holiday here!!! The house is perfect for anyone who appreciates a quiet, rural environment, yet it is not far to Santanyi and the beaches - that was perfect for us! Our little daughter was particularly happy about the goats, sheep and chickens on the neighboring property! Everything was uncomplicated and to our complete satisfaction, the short contact with the owner was very nice. We would definitely like to come back!!!

A wonderful finca for a short trip in winter
War etwas schwierig zu finden, Kommunikation hat dann aber gut geklappt.
It was a little difficult to find, but communication worked well.
Eine sehr schöne Villa mit traumhafter Umgebung und grosszügigem Pool. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Ruhige und naturverbundene Umgebung. Man ist mit Auto sehr schnell in Santaniy. Die Strände der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übetroffen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
A very beautiful villa with fantastic surroundings and a spacious pool. We felt completely comfortable and our children didn't want to go home. Quiet and nature-loving environment. You can get to Santaniy very quickly by car. The beaches in the area can be reached quickly by car. The welcome from the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Our expectations were exceeded. We would love to come back.

All very clean and well maintained. washing machine broke but was replaced the day reported. loads of space, super bbq area All the essentials provided but would have benefited if had wifi and tv with English channels - all german. pool a bit deep for early swimmers - we had our 2yr old with us not complaining about the above because we knew from the property listing what we were getting good value and will return/recommend.
