After a breakfast or a tasty barbecue under the porch, you can swim at the private infinity chlorine pool, 15 x 3.5 m and 0.9 to 1.9 m depth, and then sunbathe next to it or read a book on the sun loungers on the lawn or on the hammock.

This rustic two-storey house offers a really beautiful living-kitchen-dining room where to relax, watch TV-SAT after an exquisite banquet cooked on the ceramic and gas hob. There are 3 bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe or dressing room and terrace. Two of them are on the ground floor and the other is upstairs. Furthermore, the accommodation has two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and another with bathtub on the upper floor. In addition to this, the accommodation is equipped with oil central heating and there is availability for a cot and a high chair. The laundry is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The property is located at 3.3 km from Manacor centre, where there are endless bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Moreover, it is close to the coast and many idyllic beaches as, for instance, Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, etc. Reserva Rotana golf course is also at only 9.7 km. Cuevas del Drach is a must-do visit.

There are 4 exterior parking lots apart from another two covered ones.
