Beautiful and cosy terraced house at the outskirts of Lloseta with capacity for 8 people
Outside you will find cosy corners including the private pool to cool down on the hottest days. It is a chlorine pool and it sizes 7 x 3.5 metres and it has a depth from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds around it or stay under the parasol. You can also have a drink in the little table by the pool. This terraced house is within the village and it has direct neighbours.

The 180 m2 house has two floors. From the pool area you get into the marvellous living - dining room with large windows to join this space with the outside as if there was an extension when they are open. You can watch the satellite television and take a siesta. The dining area has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped to cook during your vacation. It includes a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an electric oven an a high chair. There is also a table with 4 chairs for breakfast time. The accommodation also features a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a hydro-massage shower bathroom also on the ground floor. You can also find another living-dining room in this house where you can rest and relax. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. There is air conditioning in one living area.

There are 4 bedrooms to rest in this house. The first one is on the ground floor and it counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. the other three are upstairs, two with a double bed and another with a trundle bed. One of the double bed bedrooms has also an en-suite hydro-massage shower bathroom. There is another bathroom with a tub on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

Lloseta is an authentic Majorcan interior village. You will find there the basic services for an independent stay as well as great restaurants. It is located at the foot of the mountain so its is ideal as starting point for hikers and cyclists. You cam make a excursion to the Lloseta Mount or to Tossals Verds and enjoy the beautiful landscape of the island interior. In addition, the village is very well communicated with train station and easy access to the major touristic attractions through the highway. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, with fine sand and crystalline waters where you can practice water sports and with a great and varied leisure and night life offer.
