You want to spend your vacation by the sea? This modern, three-storey house with a total size of 200 m2 is perfect for a holiday with the whole family or a relaxing holiday with friends. There are 3 bedrooms located on the first floor: two with double bed and access to the terrace with pool and one with two single beds. The forth bedroom is on the 3rd floor and it is furnished with a double bed and has access to a balcony with fantastic sea views. Two of the three bathrooms have a bathtub and one is en suite.

Start your day having breakfast on the cosy terrace with views to the sparkling sea. The terrace is located on the 2nd floor and measures 24 m2. It is furnished with a table and six chairs and it has a 8 x 4 meters private pool. For sun worshipers there are four sun loungers and a parasol. Also, there is a barbecue so you can organize summer dinners with friends and family.

The house is tastefully decorated. The light-filled living room is the perfect place to quietly read book, watch satellite TV or just enjoy the sea views. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge and all essential kitchen utensils and cutlery. Of course, a washing machine and an iron and ironing board are available. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a table and eight chairs. You can park up to three cars in front of the house, but no garage or covered parking is available. The house is located in a residential area, so there are direct neighbours. Please note that pets are allowed on request.

The location of the property is particularly beautiful. Alcanada is a very quiet area and is mainly inhabited by locals. In addition, many luxurious villas line the streets of the urbanization. At the end of Alcanada there is a quiet beach. Directly opposite stands a small island with a lighthouse, where you can swim to. Nearby there is the golf course Alcanada, one of the best on the island. The 18-hole golf course offers all accessories and all the extras you need. A small supermarket and a few good restaurants complement the overall picture of Alcanada.

In a few minutes by car you can reach the Port d’Alcudia, where you will find a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and leisure facilities. The promenade is a great place for a stroll and treating yourself with a homemade ice cream. In the area there are many beautiful bays and beaches. Especially recommended are the coves and beaches of Cala de Sant Pere, Playa Des Morer Vermell , Playa de la Victòria and Es Coll Baix .

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
