The exteriors are spectacular, with mountain views and a large garden. There is a chlorinated pool of 8.5 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.40 m, a solarium with 8 deck-chairs, a fully-furnished porch and a barbecue, so you can spend great evenings with family and friends enjoying the magnificent views.

This 400 m2 house, distributed over three levels, has 4 bedrooms on the first floor (two doubles –one with an en-suite bathroom with bath- and two twin’). All bedrooms have great views. A cot is available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more that serve the entire house: one on the ground floor with shower, and one on the first floor with bath. The house is equipped with central heating.
There is a large welcoming living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining table with chairs and magnificent views. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with glass-ceramic hob. In the laundry area there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This property is located in a privileged area, in the east of Mallorca. The beach of Cala Millor, a very beautiful residential area with a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves, is just 5.4 km away. Just 2 km away, you will reach the village of Son Servera, where you can visit the old town, with many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The towns of Artà and Capdepera, famous for their medieval history, are nearby. In Porto Cristo you will find the Caves of Drach.
If you love sports such as tennis, paddle or golf, this is an ideal location because Son Servera Golf, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Rotana Golf) are all within 15 km. This area has tennis and paddle clubs, too. And if you like is hiking or cycling, there are very interesting routes such as the visit to the church of Artà, Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc.
