Welcome to this magnificent house for up to 8 people, located in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains, in Lloseta.

The well-kept outdoor area invites you to spend the whole day outdoors. Shady trees and lawn around the 7.5 x 3.8m chlorine water pool (water depth of 1.20 - 1.70 m) are a beautiful backdrop for refreshing baths and to play and run around with the children. You can relax on one of the 12 sun loungers around the pool. Hobby cooks will enjoy the fixed barbecue. The fully furnished veranda and terraces are perfect for spending time together and balmy summer evenings. There is ping-pong. The property is fenced and there are some neighbors.

Through the veranda you enter a bright living - dining area with comfortable sofa, dining table for 6 people and an open kitchenette. Watch a program on Sat TV or spend your time playing or reading. The kitchenette has all the essential appliances and utensils to prepare a late breakfast or a snack.

The house has 200 m2 of living space on one level. In the comfortable kitchen, with ceramic hob, you will immediately feel at home. You will not miss anything to cook and enjoy your favorite dishes together. The adjoining living area with comfortable sofas invites you to end the evenings in a harmonious round. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There are 4 bedrooms, with a TV, in total. A large, tastefully decorated bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a comfortable relaxation area with fireplace, bar and access to the terrace. Another bedroom has a double bed that can be divided into 2 single beds and is height adjustable, ideal for reading before falling asleep. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. One of the rooms has a bathroom with hydromassage shower "en suite". All bedrooms have air conditioning and all have 1 wardrobe. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. 2 bathrooms serve the whole house, one is equipped with a hydromassage bath, the other has a shower.

Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, full of textiles, fresh food (fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, etc.) ceramics, etc. Just a 30-minute drive, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort’s promenade to the port. Nearby there are also the areas of Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
