The gorgeous villa Ca na Xaro is a holiday villa located in the center of Mallorca, in the middle of the wide land and not far away from the city of Inca. It’s big enough to guarantee that 6 people will enjoy its 185m2 and, besides, it has a perfect garden.
In the exteriors of this villa there’s a cute terrace where to have some rest or prepare a delicious barbeque, a wide salty pool of 18m2 where to refresh during summer and some comfortable sofas and lounges where to enjoy the sun.

It also has a porch of 30m2 perfectly furnished where you’ll be able to have lovely chats with your family or friends, or enjoy a nice meal. The grass is totally natural and has more than 60m2, which turns out perfect for the kids to play at.

Also for the kids there’s a playground with a swing and hammocks. As per the parking, don’t worry, there’s space to park up to 3 cars behind the house.

Once we enter the villa we’ll find a huge living room with comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy the heat and a satellite tv. There’s also WIFI all over the house for those who’d like to connect to the Internet.

There’s a dining room so that everyone can calmly eat and a kitchen with all the needed tools to cook. In the laundry room there’s a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table.

Besides, all the bedrooms have conditionate air and also the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.

Ca na Xaro has 3 wide bedrooms with a lot of light and fully equipped. In all of them there’s a double bed. One of them is located in the ground floor and the other ones in the first floor. Those rooms can also have two nests and two baby chairs without extra cost but under petition.

There are also 3 bathrooms fully equipped, one of whom is located in the ground floor and has shower, while the second one is in the first floor and has a bathtub and the last one is located in the outside and has shower too.

The proximity of the villa with Inca is great to get all that you might need: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks… Besides, every Thursday there’s the local market, one of the best known in Majorca.

On the other side, in Ca na Xaro surroundings there are many places where to go for a walk. A nice excursion is going to the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a small mountain close to inca with a restaurant on top where you’ll be able to have some rest before going back.

As per the beaches, in just half an hour you’ll make it to Ses Casetes des Capellans, Port d’Alcúdia or Can Picafort. This zone is filled with delicious restaurants with amazing views and you’ll be able to relax in Platja de Muro or enjoy Can Picafort leisure activities and nightlife.

This finca is the perfect place to disconnect but always being close to the center.
