The exteriors of this fantastic property have all the amenities you may need. You will find a private salt swimming pool measuring 9mx1.05m and a depth of 1.6m that will be perfect for cooling off just before preparing a delicious barbecue, having a drink in the outdoor dining area or playing with the little ones in the children's area located in the large garden of the villa. The sun loungers surrounding the pool will be ideal for sunbathing while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate in the company of your loved ones. Being a private villa located in the countryside, privacy is total.

Inside this 2-storey property you will find a nice living room equipped with satellite TV. The kitchen with dining room is independent, is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have two single beds and the other two two, two double beds. 2 bathrooms, both with shower are at your disposal on the ground floor. The other bathroom is en suite in one of the bedrooms and has a bathtub. The villa also has a fan, radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.
