This spectacular country house with private pool and stunning views to the mountains in Colonia de Sant Pere welcomes 10 guests.
The exterior area of this amazing house is stunning. The garden is a dream-like place for those who love nature, peace and comfort. The whole house is surrounded by a beautiful and green lawn area as well as the spectacular private chlorine pool that sizes 13 x 6 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 metres. Next to the pool you will find 8 sun loungers where you will enjoy the sun before a cool dip in the pool with the excellent company of the mountains that seem to be at its foot. After a nice while swimming, we invite you to cook a succulent barbecue or home made pizzas in the wood oven that you will enjoy at any of the terraces of the house. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

This is a unique building that offers three storeys characterised by a breathtaking architectural style. When you enter you are welcomed by a spacious dining area with great windows that boast exterior views and, on the right side, you find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and ceramic hob and all yo need to cook. Next to access the great living room with comfy sofas and armchairs where you can chat with your loved ones. From here you will climb the wooden staircase that lead to a loft where you find a fabulous library for those who love reading. There is a second cosier living room where you can watch the satellite TV channels, enjoying the warmth of the fireplace when it is cold outside. On this main floor you will find 5 bedrooms in the house where you will rest during your deserved vacation. All of them have a closet but one that has a walk-in closet. Four of the rooms have direct access to the outside and three have an en-suite bathroom: one with independent shower and jetted tub, another with a tub and the last one with jetted shower. In addition, there is another bathroom with a jetted shower and two toilets for the rest of the house.
There is another dining kitchen in the property where you will find an oven, a ceramic hob and a decorative fireplace, more basic but still perfect to enjoy your meals by the garden and pool. The two kitchens are air-conditioned as well as the living rooms and bedrooms. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The level -1 is where you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Colonia de Sant Pere is a quiet coastal village with beach, restaurants and bars, perfect for an entertained vacation. The beach is about 3 km away and it boasts an excellent fine and golden sand. The cove ends in a great promenade with benches and terrace bars where you can have an appetiser or a great traditional dish. The beautiful town of Artà is about 10 km away and here you can visit the beautiful caves and do major shopping. If you fancy playing golf, the nearest course, Canyamel Golf, is about 22.6 km away.
