Welcome to this wonderful villa for 6 guests, with private pool, located at only 750 meters from the center of Inca.
Enjoy the tranquility without having to sacrifice the proximity to the city in this amazing villa. Its stunning lawn garden surrounds the private chlorine pool, 10 m x 5 m and a depth of 0.5 m to 2 m, that becomes the protagonist next to a fantastic porch-barbecue. After sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers and cooling off, you can make tasty recipes and spend the afternoon chatting under the porch. The plot is fenced and has total privacy.
When you come in into the house, it welcomes you a cosy stay with A/C that unifies both the living and dining room as well as the kitchen. Here you can cook on a ceramic cooktop, eat and relax watching TV (with a Smart TV) or listen to music. In addition, there is a shower bathroom and two dormitories that feature a wardrobe, one of them boasting two single beds while the other has a double bed. Likewise, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite shower bathroom, to which you can access from the porch-barbecue. You have at your disposal a cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron as well as ironing board. The entire accommodation is equipped with oil central heating.
Inca is a little city, located at 750 meters, that is well-known by its such good restaurants of Mallorcan cuisine ("cellars") and its street market on Thursdays, which is celebrated since centuries ago. Moreover, it also offers endless bars and other kind of restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all sorts and much more. The paradisiacal beach in Puerto de Alcúdia is only 20 minutes away by car.

Perfekte Unterkunft für 3 Paare und super Ausgangspunkt für Rennvelotouren (auch wenn die Straße vor dem Haus nicht ganz so topp ist). Der Host ist super freundlich & steht jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen zu Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
We had a great week in the finca. Perfect accommodation for 3 couples and a great starting point for racing bike tours (even if the road in front of the house is not that great). The host is super friendly and is always available if you have any questions or problems. We'd love to come back :)

Esta finca es un sitio de encanto. Hemos estado la segunda vez y vamos a repetir, no me puedo imaginar quedarme en otro sitio estando en Mallorca. Todos los detalles dentro y también en el jardín muestran que los dueños de esta casa preciosa cuidan todo con mucho amor. Pueden estar muy orgullosos - un sitio tan bonito, tranquilo y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar los días en paz y con mucha alegría. Ojala podemos volver muy pronto - ha sido un gran placer. This farm is a place of charm. We have been the second time and we are going to repeat, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else while in Mallorca. All the details inside and also in the garden show that the owners of this beautiful house take care of everything with a lot of love. You can be very proud - such a beautiful, quiet place with everything you need to spend the days in peace and with great joy. Hopefully we can return very soon - it has been a great pleasure. It is located in a very calm neighborhood and convenient location from which you can easily reach the biggest attractions of the island. The host was attentive. Keep in mind extra costs (electricity and heating) that aren’t negligible, especially during cold months.

We would come here again and again. Everything has been furnished very lovingly. The owners are very friendly and were always available.
Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und es funktioniert alles sehr gut. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Außenküche ist im Sommer bestimmt toll. Die Lage am Rand von Inca ist perfekt für Ausflüge in den Nordosten und die Mitte der Insel sowie nach Palma.
The house and garden are very well maintained and everything works very well. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor kitchen is definitely great in summer. The location on the edge of Inca is perfect for trips to the northeast and center of the island as well as to Palma.

Het huis was prachtig, mooi zwembad, zeer complete keukeninrichting, wasmachine etc. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig! Huis was wat lastig te vinden. Super aardige eigenaar die ons stond op te wachten. De kookplaat en afzuigkap bleken niet te werken, binnen een half uur was de eigenaar er om te helpen. Helaas kon het niet direct opgelost worden, maar kregen we tijdelijk een klein elektrisch kookplaatje. Na een paar dagen kwam er een nieuwe inductieplaat in!Supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden, dus ideaal om ‘s ochtends even vers brood te halen. Auto is wel noodzakelijk!Rustige omgeving, locatie midden op het eiland ideaal als je veel wilt zien!1 slaapkamer/badkamer zijn in apart gebouwtje, helaas is daar de WiFi verbinding slecht.We misten een infomap met informatie over bediening tv, WiFi code (die klopte niet met wat op papier stond, dus zoon heeft code gevonden achter op de router), afval wegbrengen etc.
The house was beautiful, beautiful swimming pool, very complete kitchen, washing machine, etc. Everything is there! House was a bit difficult to find. Super nice owner who was waiting for us. The hob and extractor hood turned out not to work, within half an hour the owner was there to help. Unfortunately it could not be solved immediately, but we were temporarily given a small electric stove. After a few days a new induction plate was installed! Supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, so ideal for getting fresh bread in the morning. Car is necessary! Quiet area, location in the middle of the island, ideal if you want to see a lot! 1 bedroom/bathroom are in a separate building, unfortunately the WiFi connection is poor there. We missed an information folder with information about TV operation, WiFi code (which did not match what was on paper, so son found the code on the back of the router), taking away waste, etc.

The heating was working perfectly even though we did not need it too much thanks to a relatively warm winter. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. I hope to come back in summer one day to enjoy the pool and the great outdoor kitchen! Muchas gracias por todo!
