Wonderful country house with private pool and jacuzzi for 6 people in Manacor
Enjoy the feeling of peace and freedom by taking a dip in this incredible 16 x 3 chlorine pool with a depth from 1 x 1.55 meters. It has an integrated jacuzzi to cool you down on the hottest days. Around it, an incredible terrace and garden area where sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or totally relaxing on one of the two Bali beds. You can also have a cocktail under the umbrella of the table next to the pool. Another amazing corner is the porch area, furnished to relax after the dessert. The 15000 m2 plot is fenced and privacy is total.

Once inside, you are in a modern and practical housing, all of it on a single floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen share space and are the main axis of the house. Modern and comfortable furniture such as the chaise longue will make your stay more comfortable, to watch satellite TV or enjoy the wifi connection. Next to it, the modern dining table for 6 people opens to the fully equipped gas stove kitchen. The house has 3 bedrooms, all of them with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and exit to the garden or terrace. All have an en suite bathroom with shower and one of them has a bathtub too. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The house is completely air conditioned. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The owners are committed to the environment and the house has solar energy.

Placed within a large plot, this amazing house is surrounded by nature, and areas where you can go for a walk and take long walks. You can visit Manacor, Son Serra de Marina, Arta, ... The nearest beach is Son Serra, with coarse sand and very familiar. In Manacor you will find all the services you may need as well as shops and restaurants. If you have time, pay a visit to the incredible caves of Artá.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
