Welcome to this majestic and spectacular country house with private pool on the outskirts of Manacor, where 12 guests will find their second home.
This beautiful finca offers a dreamy gardened exterior area. The well cared and green lawn surrounds the impressive building and the fabulous infinity chlorine pool, which is perfect for the hottest days. It sizes 10 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. It also features an exterior shower, 12 sun loungers and two Bali beds where you can relax after a delicious barbecue. Imagine yourself enjoying the nature and peace under the full moon and the stars. The property has more than 18000 m2, so it can accommodate up to 3 houses without disturbing your total privacy. You will only share the entrance path till your magnificent place.
The impressive house of about 500 m2 has two floors and features a cosy living room with 5 sofas in order to chat all together and rest comfortably. The dining kitchen comes next. A strong table, with views to the outside, is perfect for a great meal cooked on the ceramic hob of this helpful kitchen. And here you will also find a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning for the delightful banquet. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 6 bedrooms in total, all of them offering a wardrobe, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage tub and independent shower. Two of them can be found on the main floor, offering 2 twin beds and direct access to the garden each of them. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs, two of them with two twin beds each and two more with a double bed. If you are travelling with your baby, there is space for a cot and high chair. In order to complete the equipment you will find a toilet downstairs and central heating throughout the accommodation.
Located just 4 km away from Manacor, this property is perfect for those who love family destinies. In fact, Manacor is well known for being a beautiful city without loosing the charm and familiarity of a town. It offers all needed services like shops, supermarkets, bars and good restaurants. However, we recommend you taste a good paella in a restaurant by the sea, maybe in Port de Manacor. It is about 16 km away and it is perfect to have a great time in its fantastic beach before the must visit to the well known "Cuevas del Drach"

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
