Nous avons passé un séjour en famille à la Villafinca fin octobre début novembre. Malheureusement, le soleil n'était pas du tout au rendez-vous, et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Malgré tout, nous avons tout de même aller tous les jours dans le magnifique jardin pour caresser les animaux (chevaux, chèvre, chien, coq) et ramasser des oranges et citrons. Les alentours sont extrêmement calmes, et c'est vraiment ressourçant. Une petite chienne, "Petite", vit apparemment en permanence dans le jardin. Elle est très affectueuse, et nous l'avons pris d'affection pendant le séjour. Attention, si vous avez le sommeil léger : le coq chante en pleine nuit ... Prévoyez des boules Quies ;) Le propriétaire est très gentil. Il passe chaque jour pour s'occuper des animaux et discute avec grand plaisir.

Welcome to this rustic villa, situated on the outskirts of Muro. It accommodates 7 people.
It features a garden, a chlorine pool of 7 x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.5 m made from an antique pond and surrounded by an orange grove, a large, well equipped terrace, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue and fruit trees. There is another terrace on the 1st floor.
The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, located on the 1st floor; two with double bed; one with twin beds; and one with a single bed. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning, and one has an en suite bathroom with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms; one with bathtub on the 1st floor and one toilet on the ground floor.
The living room is very cozy, has one large sofa, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
This property is located in Muro, only 7.5 km from the tourist center of Can Picafort. In Can Picafort, every Friday morning there is a market, where you can find many local products. This property is located within walking distance of the public estate of Son Real, where you can visit the dunes, streams, wander through its typical Mediterranean vegetation and see the archaeological ruins. In this area of the island you have access to many services and entertainment both day and night. There are also beautiful beaches of fine white sand where you can practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis, boat trips or rent all kinds of vehicles.

4 guests reviewed this property. Bei Ankunft einen Obstteller im Kühlschrank - nette Geste! Haus roch etwas muffig, musste zuerst gross gelüftet werden, danach war es gut. Schöne Orangen-/Zitronenbäume stehen zur Selbstbedienung im Garten. Freundlicher Hausabwart, der abends kurz vorbeikam. Sehr schmale Betten mit unbequemer Matratze. Man braucht ein Mietauto. Gut geeignet für zwei Parteien, die miteinander Ferien verbringen möchten. Preis-Leistung stimmt.
See more Stayed at Florit for 6 nights mid October. The Villa was very clean well maintained and very spacious. The owner visited daily to feed the horses and is a lovely man, he even gave us 2 bottles of his home made wine which was delicious. We were suprised to find a small dog on arrival that lives at the villa. She is very well behaved, friendly and doesn't come in the villa. She is very sweet so this wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen facilities could be improved, oven is old and difficult to light. (We had to use matches). Also the water pressure is ok but not great, the water is pumped from the well on site and has air bubbles in the pipes. The pool was fantastic, we used this daily even in October. Extremely clean and well maintained. We used the on site BBQ and enjoyed sitting outside of an evening. Be aware the gardens encourage very hungry mosquitos. Be prepared and bring repellent. This wasn't typical for just the villa we found there were a lot of mosquitos in Majorca. We had a hire car which is required for the location of the Villa. 10 min drive into Can Picafort to local restaurants and supermarkets or 15€ in a taxi which you have to book from Muro. Accessible for Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. We had some wonderful meals at 'La Pinta' in Can Picafort and 'Bodega d'es Port' in Port d'Alcúdia. Overall a wonderful stay at Florit the owner visiting daily was great as we could ask questions. Perfect place if you want your own space and not in a busy resort. We would stay again in a heart beat.
See more We hebben vop zondagmiddag deze vakantiewoning nog last-minute voor de dag erna kunnen boeken; we hadden goed en snel contact met diverse werknemers van Bettina. Het huis was zoals op de foto's: groot en prettig, vooral de airco in de slaapkamer was erg fijn. Het is gelegen op een groot terrein, in een zeer rustige en landelijke omgeving, maar binnen een straal van 15 minuten rijden, vind je diverse stranden en dorpjes, diverse supermarkten en restaurants. Er zijn diverse dieren in de buurt en op het terrein; de vriendelijke (Duits, Engels en Spaans sprekende) eigenaar komt ze dagelijks verzorgen. Het huis heeft een enorme, schaduwrijke veranda met grote tafel. In de netjes onderhouden tuin kun je op verschillende plekken zonnebaden, het verkoelende zwembad is niet heel groot, maar wel erg schoon en middel-diep. Dit huis is absoluut een aanrader, als je van rust en ruimte houdt!
