This house will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Its equipment, modern architecture, usefulness, and, in addition, its location give you the chance of a unique vacation. There are five bedrooms, all of which count with en suite bathroom and views outside. Two of them are located on the ground floor and the other three are on the basement. There are two double beds and three twins. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with shower, two others with bath and the last one with both bath and shower. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor.

In summer let the breeze come in the house and refresh the air. There are some fans in case you need them. For winter months there is central heating, which gives the house a very warm atmosphere.
The kitchen is very well-kept and fitted, so you will have anything you could need during your stay: blender, microwave, fridge, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, orange squeezer, kettle, etc. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The light-filled living and dining room is charming and furnished with modern and cosy furniture. There are huge windows with great views over the countryside. The dining room area is fitted with a very big table where you can get all together and enjoy meals. There are two comfortable sofas where you can lay down while watching satellite TV, surfing the internet (WIFI) or reading a book.

It is wonderful outside! You will enjoy the views over the spacious garden, the cosy terrace and admire the mountains and the pine tree forests that surround the house. You will, for sure, enjoy the outdoor terrace, where you can take advantage of the barbecue and prepare delicious meals.
The swimming pool, with a size of 10 x 5 metres and a depth from 1.5 to 2.2 metres, is completely private and has 10 sunbeds and some parasols. It is the perfect place for sun lovers!

Pets up to 10 kg are welcome and up to 6 cars can be parked outside the house.

The location of the house, in southern Majorca is privileged. The area is well-linked through road to most of the points of interest on the island. You will find many beaches and coves within a 12 km radius. Felanitx is 5.5 km far away. There you will find any service needed during your stay, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, health centre, etc.
